i still wonder till today WHY they are prohibited from dating? smh. although Hollywood is fvcked up, I really…
Its a common and standard rule for K pop idols, j pop idols, etc also. The concept is, it ruins the fantasy and image viewers might have of the idol. And when these idols have onscreen partners, like in BLs, it ruins the fantasy even more.So in order to keep the idols ship going, or image of being single, they are not allowed to date. Also idols dating is a potential danger, cause it may lead to extra rumours, gossip, stalkers, and all that
So many ppl complaining over this break up. Honestly, this was foreshadowed all along the show!! Who didnt know it was coming? The whole show was about how Moo would need to choose between his love for Kang or his dream of being an idol. This was in the trailer!! Milk's character mentioned they wouldnt able to date if Moo debited. Moo and Kang foreshadowed it last ep when they watched tv on the sofa. So why are so many ppl reacting as if they have been blind sighted?? And for once, this break up is actually making sense to the story line itself. And the time skip, although not a good device, it was needed. This is a 12 ep series lol. How much longer do you need it to be? WE ARE has 16 eps and ppl are complaining its too long and the pacing is slow. Seriously, some viewers are just so hard to please. A show does a little something they dont like and they go ape shit over it.
When Moo comes home and sees Kang packing, anyone else hear that weird sound in the background? Any idea what that was? Its like someone was talking but they fast forwarded it or something
Sea and Keen just did an interview for Chinese or Taiwanese web show. The surprise was Keen understood and speaks some chinese!! Im not saying the basic "hello" or 'my name is". He actually partially understood and replied in chinese. What an impressive boy
Although there were quite a few memorable scenes this ep, my personal one has to be when Q reacted to seeing Toey with the rubber duck floatee. Q's expression and reaction sums up how the character should be. Also it feels like such a Winnie reaction too lol
Red alert: Jang doesn’t wash his hands after peeing.
Hahaha Actually he was drying his hands when he started talking to Sea. He was standing infront of the paper towel dispenser, and you can see him throw away a piece of crumpled paper. So he should have already washed them.
are you sure? I rewatched it after seeing your comment, but i dont see him
Do you mean the one talking to Earth? 1 of the 2 frds of Cake that slept at his dorm? Thats not Keen. That actor's name is Male. He is taller and has a deeper voice. And during the filming Keen would have only been 15/16 yrs old. If Keen was in the series it would have been listed on his page, or his name would have been listed in the My only 12% cast's list
well, they do also have an acrylic standee, 2 sets of postcards, and a layer keychain. but I get what you're saying.…
Its partially also cause Sea and Keen are newbies. I guess GMMTV didnt want to invest into this couple at the start before they saw the feedback and reception. Who would have guessed the show and its actors would be doing so well. With 23.5 and We Are, the actors are all ppl with a somewhat large fan base
Can someone explain to me why iydrujcd' means I love you?
cause , in case you missed it, they speak Thai. And keyboards can type in other language too. If you look at Kang's keyboard you see other "letters" on the keys besides just the english ones. For instance the I key could also mean something else in thai, japanese, chinese, etc . So an english key would correspond to a stroke or letter in thai. and the whole pw would spell out to mean "i love you" in thai.
I think one factor that has made this series so likeable and successful is that eventhough its set in a high school with high schoolers, it shows that teens are young adults, and can be mature too. Although we get to see Moo act like a kid whose goofy and immature at time, we see him growing up to be a responsible adult with clear goals on consideration about those around him. All in all, this show balanced the goofy comical side of teens and the maturity of young adults well.
Wait! What happened to product placement in GMMTVs series? I don't remember the last time someone told me how…
I think it only happened in ep 2 of this series. Its possible the sponsors or GMMTV didnt think this series would generate enough attention so they didnt invest much into it.
Honestly, this is the worst gmm tv series to this day. It's almost 9 episodes and nothing happened. All characters…
Did you create an account just express your hatred for this show? hahah your account was literally just created a few moments before the time you posted this comment. Although I dont think this series is anything great, its not the worst we've seen from GMMTV. I mean there was Enchante, Hidden Agenda, Dangerous Romance, just to name a few bad ones
