I know K-dramas come in all shapes and sizes but this kinda storyline never gets old! This for me is the definition of an original k-drama...rags to riches (or in this case riches to even more riches 😅). My first ever k-drama was Full House almost 20 years ago (yikes!) And that just set the tone for me. So east or west, thriller or drama, I always come back to my cinderella type romcoms. Only the ones done right of course, cuz some can be downright horrendous 😆 Only 4 more episodes left ANDWAEEEEEE 😭😭😭

Much worse! The novel is much more exaggerated, some things are downright silly/Cinderella ish so it's a good thing the adaptation didn't follow it to the letter.
Am reading the original novel and oh ma days what a makjang fest! My BP is through the roof! 😅🤣 So glad this adaptation aint 💯 true to the original cuz otherwise we'd be tearing our hairs out TWICE as much! 🤣
Best season, S1 hands down . For 2 reasons, amazing relationships formed (and not just the romantic ones) AND NO ADS!! 🙈🤣 Same with S3 NO ADS! Just started S4 and am sad to report...😢😩😭
Best thing about this season? Hands down the lack of ads by the cast! From S2 things just go downhill! I mean don't they know how annoying these ads are and how am just sitting on this side of the screen experiencing the 2nd hand embarrassment 😩

It was so deliciously makjang like I just loved it! Definitely not for everyone but I for one thoroughly enjoyed it. A must watch for girls I would say - young and old, to show us exactly the kind of men to avoid as well as cling to... but mostly AVOID ha ha!
