Well I regret that I avoided watching drama. It's a very good drama and personally feels "the best of all medical drama I watched so far". Superb acting and story. Glad that they didn't portray any nonsense of superiors misusing their power. Professors were always there to help the residents when they were in trouble or needed help, that's I liked the most and to Specially mention the friendship between the five of them.

For me it will be good for Gyu Jin as he wasn't the one that bring the divorce. Then again his ex - wife took the initiative to date first.
Let's be real, in real life "broken threads never become like they were before". So same goes with relationship too, once divorced for the lack of flame in marriage, won't change.
Anyways it's a drama and anything can happen, so ignore my comment.
It's like a GEM in all medical drama's I ever watched.
• No Power struggle drama
• Friendship
• Good relationship between Doctor/Nurse/Student
• No interfering in patients personal life
Disadvantages:
• It's so good that you may want it a daily drama.
I don't like one thing in Korean and Chinese drama that they always have a ingredient "love triangle."
