Both Vincenzo and Happiness has romance in it, not much but it's there you can clearly see it. If anything this drama has the same amount of romance as both the drama you mentioned.

I find your answer so wrong in so many ways that is difficult for me to express myself. Yes, he is in love with her and yes he is a minor but what we have here is not only that. We have a trouble kid that has lost his way and a teacher that want to help that kid because she saw something in him. It is better for her to abandon this trouble kid just because the kid is in love with her? She didn't do anything wrong for us to judge her, she probably save that kid and his future even if no one can recognise that.

The SML tries to make ML jealous because he knows that he like her but she has no clue and she never likes SML, in her mind is only a friend

I'm sure that is because they saw the "romance" in the genres of the drama that all they can see right now is that. If the drama was without romance at all, in the same scenes that now they feel uncomfortable, they wouldn't had seen any problem.
