Is the relationship toxic? yes. Can it make them better? MY maybe, KT: nope. More likely than not in real life…
I find it more toxic if KT want to be alone for the rest of his life because he has to care for his brother or go into a relationship with someone 'normal' but hide all his emotions for the rest of his life so everyone is happy but him.
Omg both the ex are so f annoying, I really don't care if he has a reason to leave her just stay away, he's a piece of s, someone has to tell him. Now about the female ex I don't like the double standard (if they actually have) like she lelf him without reason too and cheated on him but the second male lead is a good guy and probably left because has some incurable disease. I like that the lead stay true to themselves and they say it with every chance.
As a male viewer i related so much to everything that you said in the first paragraph, not enough romance , no love triangle and start with My Love from Another Star as my first Drama . Now for the list i agree to most of them but i hate to death Something in the Rain , i can't understand how a 35 years old woman does what her mother tell her to do, maybe its a cultural thing but i cant relate at all . It was so good until episode 10-11 that i didn't even finish the drama because of how bad it was the end. No decision makes sense and to tell me that the mother is who she is until the end make even less sense. As I said maybe its a cultural thing that i don't understand but for me is total bs and a way the screenwriter to create some drama. On the other hand One Spring Night is one of the best drama for me , i love the female lead so much , she knows what she want and nothing can stop her. Great article , keep up the good work !!!!
I don't know for me the ML doesn't seem too old. I mean for example in Goblin the ML looked more older than him.…
I usually have problem when the ML is much older than FL but even then I give the drama a chance to see if it bother me. Here I think is the prefect example of a good age gap, they have nice chemistry, they look good together (in my eyes) and the characters in the drama they don't have the same age gap as irl, maybe a couple of years but not 13 for sure.
His parents are idiots. They could have said bye over phone. And why did his father still keep it secret after…
I find the reasons they gave for not telling him anything very reasonable. They have a son that can remember every little detail for the rest of his life and they already experienced how he was after the death of his girlfriend. I also find it difficult to understand at first but now I think that if I was in their place I will have done the same or something similar.
The drama has the same ending as the webtoon and maybe because i already knew about some of the scenes of the last 2 episodes , it didn't bother me so much (i knew what to expect) Overall i like the drama and as someone said in the comment below i like it more than the CLOY both the story and the ending (mostly the ending )
BRUH BYE THIS IS SO PREDICTABLE I HATE THIS... i literally saw someone in this comment section last week predict…
He didn't predict the scene, he readied from the weebtoon or from someone that had readied the weebtoon. I know about the ending scene and the end as a hole 2 months now.
Didnt kneel for his father but he really knelt for a girl bruuuuuh this episode angered me so much i cant even…
You said it like his father was kidnapped and he let him die, how is this the same thing ? He didn't kneel not because of his father but because he didn't do anything that was falling sorry. Now he kneel to save someone live. Are you really telling me that you prefer to let her die because of his pride?
