My assumption is that one who came now is the real shim su ryeon and the mother of twins. The one who fought for min soul Ah the whole time and lived with joo dan tae wasn't real shim su ryeon.She may have took the name cuz of joo dan tae . Joo dan tae also know it.Means He took the sister of SSR from the husband.May be it was his revenge to SSR who knows?.Or the sister has all the fortune not the real SSR. She lived with joo dan tae only because she believed her child will be in joo dan tae 's protection without knowing he himself is the culprit. I know it's a ridiculous theory but whole thing was because in the end of last episode joo dan tae called that woman SSR so calmly like she is the real one and also the least expected and left him long time ago.Otherwise he should be in shock instead cuz he have seen someone who is dead.
