Hello! I would like to recommend to you the drama Untouchable Lovers from 2018. Please don't get discouraged from the low rating on MDL, because I consider that it's worth more. Here you have a former assassin FL turned princess and an intelligent and cunning ML involved in political schemes. When you arrive at the second Arc( from ep 17 if I remember correct), don't be turned off by the "taking a concubine" thing because on the long run it doesn't matter, really. Just enjoy the leads journey and their adventures. The romance part is just a subplot, but their chemistry compensate for it. It has a happy ending.
Someone recommend me something just like this or better, I'm literally in depression cause I still can't find…
Hello! I will recommend to you some kdramas that I love and have a mature, serious and heart-aching feel to them, maybe you find something that you will like.
Stars falling from the Sky 2010- has as main lead the actor Kim Ji Hoon, who played the villain in Flower of Evil; here he is an endearing, arrogant business man.
Yong Pal 2015 - I loved it. Bulgasal: Immortal Souls 2021- I really loved it, one of my favorites. The Scholar Who Walks the Night 2015, with Lee Joon Gi, one of my favorites, happy ending. Moon in the day 2023 - loved it. Born Again 2020 City Hunter 2011 Blood 2015 Healer 2014 The K2 2016 My love from the stars 2013, a lighter one. Crash landing on you 2019 Fated to love you 2014 Tell me what you saw 2020- detective drama, doesn't have romance, but great leads and action. If you like historical dramas, I recommend to you Damo 2003, in my opinion it's worth the watch, despite the sad ending. Hope it helps :)
If you haven't heard of Yuwu...Yuwu is like 2ha's little brother. in the same universe as 2ha, both written by…
Hello! As a reader of both, I suggest you start with Yuwu, because the whole prostitution thing doesn't happen at all- the MC Gu Mang is untouchable during that period at the brothel, it is just a false display, as explained in ch 16 , so no worries. Also, the plot construction and execution reminded me of Erha, so you won't get bored till the end. It is true that the premise is sad, but if you have in mind that the story is made to take you on the journey of discovering what really happened with Gu Mang, what he did and why and also portrays the conflicting feelings of Mo Xi regarding his connection to Gu Mang, you will start to love these characters nearly as much as those in Erha. You will surely find there new dynamics, different from Erha but which you will begin to appreciate and maybe love, like I did. In my opinion, it is worth the read.
About BAB: BAB is very disturbing, with multiple detailed rape scenes ( 3 if I remember correctly, that have as motive revenge) in the first 104 chapters- you need to be mentally strong to navigate those; has slimmer plot than Erha and Yuwu, but I would say that is it worth reading, especially for the characters, despite that their relationship begins with the rape, later it becomes very satisfying to read about them trying to be together. Here I found the most beautiful, desperate and heart aching first declaration of love that I didn't see in Erha and Yuwu. Also, the MC is obsessed with ML - another Mo Ran and Chu Wan Ning in that perspective.
The english translation that I found was until ch 16 so it's insufficient, but I discovered a chinese site which has the whole novel there. You just enter the site, right click and select Translate to English, it's a good translation there.
Yu Wu of the same author, Thousand autumns, Nan Chan :)
Maybe you would like Wu Chang Jie (Impermanence) by Shui Qian Cheng, I haven't read it yet, but people say that it is similar in dynamics and vibe with Erha; another thing: the main characters are brothers but not related by blood, so don't worry. Here is the link to the whole novel.
I too haven't been able to watch another drama properly after TTEOM ended.....please suggest something....any…
You could try these: Fall in love with me 2014 a good rom-com; Someday or One Day 2019 a romantical thriller; Unexpected Falling 2022 a romantical mystery; Love Rain 2012 from ep 5 on, a solid korean romance. I very recommend this.
to me susu started having affection/compassion for him the moment she found out he was a victim, she reconsidered…
I think Susu is kinda ruthless because she knows that he will certainly die if she inserts the nails but does it anyway to eliminate the evil bone. The happy part is he doesn't die because 3 nails are damaged in the process thanks to Tantai Jin's heart protecting scale.
I really have a question how are they ever really going to fall in love with each other. How is it possible, especially…
In the novel, Susu needs to pretend that she cares and has feelings for him so that he develops affection for her. The point is she has to do this in order to get rid of the evil bone( it’s a solution that gets disclose in the following episodes) using the 9 nails. What happens is that she herself by doing this starts to have in the end real feelings for him but will try to kill him anyway because she cannot let the Demon God awaken and kill them all. She sacrifices their love and their potential future before inserting the nails.
