I love the Chinese version and to me it’s much better than this one. Still, I enjoyed this one very much and it was also funny.

The way they did the break up and reconciliation three years later was blah and anticlimactic (while the Chinese one u could fee it and understand why). When they see each other again he talks to her and she doesn’t reply and walks away, seriously, who does that? Is not like he was evil and that’s why she broke up with him. I did like the fact that they hinted at a relationship with the second ML and the doctor. Also enjoyed that they would include their other friends from HS here and there (like in the wedding scene, they both come in with their son and she’s pregnant). All in all, I don’t regret watching it.

Let me start by saying that I love the Chinese version and I’ve watched it a few times. When I watched the first episode of the Korean version, I stopped for a few months because I thought the FL looked too old to be playing a teenager. I finally decided to finish it and I don’t regret it. It was cute and entertaining. I loved the fact that the ML was always sweet and cute, unfortunately that played against the role he was supposed to portrait. For instance, the fact that after they start their relationship, the FL wasn’t sure of his love. In the Chinese version I could understand why, he was really cold and serious, but in the Korean version I couldn’t believe it for a minute. He wasn’t cold he was more shy and cute like a puppy. I did laugh a lot in this version. Even though both versions had 24 episodes, in this one episodes were very short so things were cut out and to me that affected their chemistry. Their relationship as adults was too rushed.

Let me just say I loved this drama. Was pleasantly surprised. This is one of the few (maybe the only one) drama I’ve watched (mad I’ve watched hundreds) where the ML was not the cold, arrogant guy but the second ML instead. That’s was refreshing to see. ML was a kind and good guy. Their relationship wasn’t toxic at all and they were not disrespectful towards each other. In most dramas, after the main couple start dating, kisses look forced or the FL looks embarrassed and shy to kiss and hug. Not in this drama though. They hugged and kisses a lot and they were not awkward about it. I loved that all characters had screen time and good stories and the second couple had a great story just as the main couple. I loved the families and even the dog got a happy ending. I have it 10/10

It doesn’t matter. A 16 episode drama cannot be only about people eating. I’ve seen a few dramas about food but they have a good plot other than just seeing people eat.

I figured out what was happening way before the big reveal. My issue is that if the Chairwoman had the dude killed, why bother the FL after she got out of jail? Why not let her live her life quietly so that she wouldn’t look for the real culprit? Also, the FL childhood friend was a totally unnecessary character. They didn’t explain the backstory of the chairwoman’s real son. Also, when the police found the paintings in that one room, they never checked the se one room right in front if it, until the ML went back again. After all the bad things the chairwoman and her secretary (real son) did to the FL, why did she trust him and invited him inside her room? Too many flaws and the list goes in and on.

I have mixed feelings about this drama. I was hooked the whole time but it had many flaws and in the end, I didn’t find it satisfying after all.

Exactly and even at the end, he couldn’t walk away from that life. How was Mouse? I want to watch it since people were recommending it under the Beyond evil drama (which I found to be a fantastic drama)but I read mixed reviews. Do you think it’s worth it?
