yea that is tru bc he doesnt want the counters to come into his plans of killing the rest of the people who killed his wife

the story line for ma joo seok in the webtoon is different, in the webtoon he is in jail for killing the people responsible for the death of his family, not the evil sprits some rando thugs, and in jail he becomes a level 3 evil sprit where the three villains of the recurit him and ma jo seok is not a counter he is a level 3 evil sprit but he is in control as in he doesnt go around and kill people only the three main villains and in the webtoon his past is connected to do ha na's past.

no he didnt die and yes they end up together in some sense

I have never seen a drama where the life of an influencer is explained to this extent including the dark side of the influencer world. Mind blowing acting and presentation.
