I know how good he is but is the story good?
I want to be immersed into the story.
I love both Jang Kiyoung and Song Hyekyo but Now We Are Breaking Up was a very disappointing story

It was nice seeing the female lead in a lead role. I loved her in Bride of Haebak even though the plot was lacking.

The actor here is just insanely popular, even when he was a creep in Temperature of Love, the Soompi article was praising his character as God's gift to women.

I usually stay away from dramas where the male lead is a sex symbol since the reviews are usually not objective. As a male viewer, male eye candy wont keep me hooked if the plot is crap.

It was a disappointment. The female lead felt infantile.
I dropped it. Even skipping through the scenes doesnt help.
It reminds me of Legend of the Blue Sea but this female lead lost all her charm when she came to the city

On its Okay Not To be Okay. I recall the male lead rejecting her and refusing to be her nurse since it won't be a relationship.
I believe she did get therapy. It wasnt perfect but even the male lead gor therapy. It's better than most.

I think the whole "romance is the panacea for depression/mental illness" is a bigger issue.

I recall getting attacked on YouTube for suggesting suicidal people seek medical professionals.
The stigma against mental health treatment is worldwide not limited to Asia.

Asian dramas are notorious for their stigma of mental health disorders.
You hardly see anyone who visit a therapist/psychologist.
Me Too Flower was a rare exception.

I recall watching a Chinese drama , The Golden Age of Leftover Ladies were the male psychologist entrapped his own female patient and sent her to jail.
It was so annoying
Bad and Crazy had two psychologists: 1 a bumbling idiot/quack and 2 a serial killer

It is so disappointing given that Korea is winning the suicide Olympics every year but never take mental health seriously.

I watch dramas to be entertained but mostly to be satisfied and this failed in doing that

I think synopsis are a disservice especially when they give too much away or spoil the story.
The same with tags too.
You should go into a movie surprised not being able to predict everything.

I know I sound a bit hypocritical since I usually only watch happy endings but drama specials and movies are short enough that I dont seem to mind too much.
I am a big fan of the actress Lee Elijah so I enjoyed it.

Its okay. It happened with the writer of my favorite Taiwanese drama In Time With You. She did it in another drama called Apple in Your Eye.
She even made a Facebook post to defend the crap ending lol.
I think people forget that dramas are supposed to entertain.
They are too focused in being artsy. I get it for books but I prefer if the drama adaptation is fluffy.

The description is misleading. The story is too childish.
Remolove was a joy to watch. It seems to have one tenth of the budget of Why Women Love but the script is solid.
I have been putting off watching Haru in something since Gomen Seishun and she did not disappoint

There was a twist by episode 18 but I already lost interest.

I love boring dramas like Our Beloved Summer but I was disappointed by Why Women Love. It wasnt boring but felt cheap. Like money laundering lol. The actresses and actors look hot though lol. Jing Chen is gorgeous

The female lead is essentially a bad girl. It's different from angelic female leads
