The first 10 eps are her having an episode of delusion/hallucinations. She actually does marry Joon Ha but he actually died in the hands of corrupt cops in the 70's. After she saves him she then she wakes up from the episode and we find all this out in eps 10 to 12. Her father is her son and she has no idea, I understood after that why he as always so sad looking at her. There's so much and I was in tears but it's done so well. There's so many beautiful moments.

I really don't want to give it away. Its something you should watch. Not knowing made the ending so much sweeter. She has dementia and all of it has been an episode of sorts. You find out what happened to her husband and why she is set on getting the gold watch. I don't want to spoil too much as it's something so emotional.
Well this show had me laughing and then crying. I wasn't expecting to go on an emotional roller-coaster. What a beautiful sad ending. The synopsis is nothing like the story. Seriously one to watch. Full of so many funny lines and happenings but it also tears at your heart. I don't know why I put it off.
