Yea exactly i agree...Babe as Wansa is the pov of the viewers (for the sake of it being a BL and to focus on the romance) but to all of the other characters in the show including Phaya, Wansa is Freen..it also explains why despite how Wanwisa showed him the scene, he still wasn't able to recognize babe? And also was shocked to find out that Tharn is Wansarut..he even asked her whats it gotta do with him and that he already loves someone else..

GUYS I JUST DISCOVERED SOMETHING, CONTINUE IF U DON'T MIND THE SPOILER

So i went back to the trailer (timestamp 3:12) and as shown Day was crying on his mom's arms...the shirts that both of them were wearing are the same ones from the preview of ep 11 at the hospital..Something definetely went wrong with the surgery..
