In Fuse's mind, they are already broken up. She cheated and that was the end of it for him. But he doesn't have the courage to come out and say they should break up, or to tell her he knows she cheated.

Ythere is no unconsensual sex in this series. The scene between Book & Frame is just easy to misunderstand. However, the writers did not intend it that way. Neither did the author of the book the series is based off of.
