It's called Love Keeps Going and is taiwanese. I'm currently re-watching it because of the cute couple :D <3 They're so lovey-dovey without making you puke :D

I absolutely love this guy! Beck was the first movie and Q10 was the first drama I watched with him and he's gotten my heart since <3 Q10 even made me cry and I have troubles crying to movies and dramas...
I watched Rurouni Kenshin even though it ain't my style because of him and I absolutely loved it!

Kim Sae Ron and Kim So Hyun <3 Both great actresses!
And another child actor I absolutely love is Oh Jae Moo. He's really the best in King of Baking, Kim Tak Goo
