I will say it is too bad no one subbed this because it actually fixes everything I found annoying about the original version. I watched it Raw and the ML never slaps or chokes the FL like in the original. He's the one that kidnaps her from her wedding, as opposed to Kong, because he is angry she stole the Dr. from his pregnant sister. While he has her eventually she confesses her feeling to him before running away, but she is hurt and he realizes he can't live without her so he apologizes, confesses his feelings for her and they make love. Meanwhile his sister hides out from the doctor because she is mad he ghosted her to marry another woman (as she should be). The FL's father dies while she is still being held captive by the ML so she rightfully gets upset w/ him and ends things. When the step mom realizes he is her son and tries to apologize he rebuffs her which was nice to see. She dies running from the cops. Eventually the FL goes to stay w/ her grandma and learns she's pregnant. When the ML finds out he goes after her, but she makes him work to earn forgiveness just like his sister makes the doctor earn forgiveness. IMO the changes made in the remake fix many of the issues in the original and would probably make the story a lot more enjoyable for viewers. The ML is not a complete momma's boy in this. He does not assault the FL cuz she criticizes his mother and the leading ladies don't let the men walk all over them and instantly forgive them.

I don't think I hated this as much as others, but I found several issues with it. The first is how much of a momma's boy the ML is. His mom abandoned him & his dad died of heart break, but the ML only wants revenge on the FL and her dad. He never does anything to hurt his mom. Even after he realizes the FL is not his sister, he still wants to hurt her to hurt her dad. His mom tells him sob stories about her abusive ex trying to get him on her side and even w/ that he still doesn't turn against her. The most egregious though is after it becomes clear his mom is trying to kill the FL he still gets overly upset when she badmouths her. He gets so angry he chokes the FL and later in the same ep he slaps her in the face, all to defend her step mom who they both know is trying to kill her. I don't think he even apologizes & the FL is mad at him for like 10 seconds. She criticizes her repeatedly for not showing more respect to the woman he knows is trying to kill her. When his identity comes out, the FL forgives him easily. As for the 2nd couple, I liked them at first but then wanted her w/ the cop, but she ended up w/ the doctor then he agreed to marry the FL and found out at his wedding ceremony that his girlfriend (who he just ghosted) was pregnant. The wedding is stopped when the FL is almost kidnapped and the girlfriend instantly forgives the doctor as well. I can't speak to the other plot lines as I mostly skipped the parts not about the 2 main couples. I watched the series and I don't know what your are talking about. I did not see any supernatural elements at all. No one was haunted. No one had super powers. What supernatural elements did you see?

Petch has a lot of growing up to do. Even if the age of consent is 15 in Thailand, Rut is too mature to ever realistically be interested in a spoiled brat like her romantically. That said, it's unfortunately almost a given they will end up together so I hope that Petch has a massive character growth over the episodes because right now the pedo vibes w/ this pair are very real for me and I don't find Rut creepy or anything like that. It's just if he does develop romantic feelings for Petch while she is acting like a 12 year old child that in itself is automatically creepy.

I am liking this drama so far, but there are some things I don't like and I have a feeling I'm going to become really frustrated soon. Cheating male leads are a pet peeve of mine. Here are my thoughts: Danai is definitely the one trying to kill Lun. I have thought that from his first scene and am more sure now. Lak doesn't know, but I do believe Lak is Nuch's boss and hired her to seduce Lan to keep him away from the company. She was probably supposed to bump into him in Korea and keep him out of the country but that didn't happen so Lak yelled at her on the phone and is giving her a chance to come between him and Mook by hiring her to work at the company. I think the man that was at Nuch's is Danai and they are working together to deceive both siblings and steal the company. If not, it was Win passing on Lak's orders for Nuch. Petch is an insufferable spoiled petulant little brat. She acts like she is 12 and blames Mook for everything when Mook is the only one doing anything to help. Petch refused to sell her stuff or even help her mom cook to the point her mom fainted from exhaustion. Even now her mom asked her to help her cook instead of working and she refused because the only reason Petch got a job is that it was with her idol. On that note, I have to say a giant NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to Rut and Petch as a couple. It's disgusting. She is an immature child. She is a minor. He is a grown, mature adult. There is no reason he should view her as anything more than a younger sister/protégé. The idea of Rut developing feelings for a 17 year old girl is disturbing and gross. She is cute with Boom. I wish they would end up together. Even if she grows up and acts like an adult she is still a child compared to Rut and still a minor so that's wrong. Lun is an a**. His suspicions of Mook don't even make sense. He found her in Korea. How could she arrange for a hitman to attack him there when she just ran into him moments before? Then he was attacked in the hospital. How would Mook know he was even back home and in the hospital to arrange that? He pulled Mook into his car and she had no idea where they were going so how could she arrange another attempt on his life while he was driving? He showed up at her gig unannounced so again how could she arrange a hit when she had no idea he would be there? It's beyond ridiculous and I don't know why Rut wouldn't point out all these inconsistencies because he's smart enough to think of them.

I didn't hate this. I would agree with another commenter that this is full of all the tropes it can stuff into the 36 episodes. The ML is possessive and unreasonable. The FL is nice to a fault. The ML uses otehr girls to hurt the FL (that is just a pet peeve of mine). He calls her names like "slut" which is ridiculous because she won't even sleep with him, but he thinks she's sleeping with everyone under the sun basically. I think what bothered my the most was after the FL had no reason to hide that she wasn't the woman that hurt the ML's brother she still did. It was clear that her sister (the one that actually did dump his brother) is out to seduce him and break up their marriage and instead of just telling him the truth she keeps quiet and it causes even more problems. Both the leads are stupid in their own way. I think the FL forgave him way too easily. I blame him for what happened to her father and she did for like a second before she forgave him. None of these things should be surprising as they are par for the course in lakorns. I don't regret watching it. I wouldn't watch it again, but I was satisfied enough. I would probably give it a 6.5/10.

Yes. There are quite a few. The ML makes a handful of attempts on the FL, but does end up raping her when he is drunk. The other female character gets raped by at least 2 men at different times. I skipped a lot of her scenes so I can't say if there is more. The ML and the FL sleep together a few times after the rape several episodes later and she gets pregnant from that.

One31 doesn't sub dramas very often. They sometimes sub older dramas or popular dramas, but the 2 currently airing do not have subs. I think the only way this will be subbed is if someone picks it up to sub it. GMMTV is the channel that subs most of their dramas on YouTube.

I watched this on Youtube. Let me preface this by saying I do not understand Thai so some things definitely got lost in translation, but the ML in this is the worst ML I've ever seen. He should have died, not ended up with the FL. There was no reason for her to even fall for him. Usually in contentious pairings the ML is mean to the FL, but still saves her and protects her from harm. This ML does not do that. He never shields her or sows any compassion toward her in any scene until the end. He is just cruel, cold and evil. He kidnaps the FL and rapes her 6 times (3 times in the same episode) and once after he lets her go. That doesn't include the numerous times he tried but she managed to fight him off or he was interrupted. Then there is the fact that he slaps her repeatedly in the face, back handing her even. He does this about 5 times in a row. He also shoves her around when he knows she is pregnant and that didn't sit right with me either. There is nothing about the ML that is redeemable or rootable. His revenge is stupid and unreasonable. He should have gone after her father because it was pretty clear watching this her father is just as evil and his top priority is himself. Hurting his daughters did not hurt him because he would have to care about someone besides himself for that to be the case. This renders the revenge basically pointless. If you like hard core slap/kiss and none of what I have said bothers you than you can waste your time on this, but IMO it is far too disturbing with no real pay out to invest any time in.

I didn't watch the whole lakorn so I don't have a full picture on all the characters. I think it is important to note that there are R scenes in this. The ML assaults the FL 2 times after they are married. The scenes are not graphic in any way and mostly implied and it is never spoken of and he is never held accountable for any of it. The other female character also is assaulted a handful of times by another man. For anyone that doesn't like R in dramas this is important to know. The ML is a pawn in the FL revenge, but he too decides to take revenge on her so IMO he is not as innocent as everyone would lead you to believe. He causes plenty of pain and suffering by his own actions to both the female characters. He plays the hand he was dealt, but all the fall out is on the FL. I, for one, wanted to see the ML take accountability for his own stupid, selfish actions (especially assaulting the FL twice) and it never really came. The FL took all the blame as per usual and the ML is considered a patient and kind man because he didn't just dump her I guess. As I said I did not watch the beginning so my opinion is based off after they got married and both acted badly toward each other. I also found it annoying he kept telling the FL to respect his parents and not be seen with another man because it would look bad yet he would parade around town with another woman and even bring her into their home (where his parents lived) to stay the night. How is that respecting his parents in any way? I think there was a level of hypocrisy in this drama that was not really addressed, but that is par for the course I would say. The chemistry was fine. From what I recall there weren't any real kisses. I don't even recall any kissing at all, besides a forehead kiss. That aspect could have been part of the first 5 episodes that I skipped. I found the FL to be rather boring even though she was successful and stubborn. She still seemed rather meek to me for the most part. The ML was better, but he acted unreasonably sometimes as well. Overall it was fine, but it didn't catch my interest enough to make me want to go back and watch the beginning and see the love story and revenge unfold.
