oof. All 3 of the Martial Ancestor, Battle Through the Heaven, and The Great Ruler got butchered. When I first saw The Great Ruler I was like, "Roy, sweet child, it's not ur fault but the scriptwriter's, but I still won't forgive this adaptation's existence bc that innocent little dude isn't the Mu Chen I know and know."
