He's not Kunwu, he died later. It also makes zero sense for Kunwu to be join the communist and then pretend to be a communist spy in gmt government. its too messy. Kunwu also isnt gonna die in the middle as a character overarching the entire show

I think everyones forgetting that Kunwu is someone in the military. Idk how they translated 军统 they place FL works at. Its not uncle Yang, he works in finance. Plus he got shot later as seen in the ending song. It makes sense, too. Bc KunWu must need information from the military. I saw someone said kunwu was planted in the military academy, maybe someone can go back to rewatch. If Kunwu is in finance he can't get information efficiently.
