Ok, so I just had a crazy thought. I think both Eunbyul and Rona will fall down the stairs but Rona is the one with wing in her head. She would not die but will need a blood transfusion ASAP, Mr. ha will be the one giving her because that's his daughter.
My reason for saying this is her paternity keeps coming up by the assemblyman on two occasion whether Mr. Ha is really Rona daughter AND OYH reactions every time he says it, also Eunbyul keeps saying she is the ONLY daughter(the word only heighten my curiosity) and not forgetting in season 1 where OYH stated that Rona grandma never gave her a toy. Why didn't she? "That's her son child". Even when her son was alive she never played a significant role in her life(according to OYH) because she never considered Rona her grandchild BECAUSE she is not her son child.
I dont think there will be any death but more so shocking Revelations and fight downs since jenny dad will be released from prison, logan returning with SSR daughter and "lee ji ah"( I don't know what role she will be playing either SSR herself or some one else) Rona near death experience will finally have Seok Hoon stepping up and being the guy that protects his girl.
Also, I just have a feeling that the twins mom is Eunbyul tutor .
