I don't know no why but I am still watching this series and maybe enjoying it,but why🤔.Oh well probably because the actors are decent actors and good looking if you ignore the nerve wracking filters than this is bearable.This series is nothing great,you can switch off your brain and watch it,it kinda gives me a peaceful feeling,anyway for now I am enjoying it,but the plot isn't plotting,the actors are the only reason I am watching it,they are making a not so good series watchable.

Novel won't satisfy you,and reading the novel it felt like rather than qian loving him normally,his platonic love for yuan was too great for him to even withstand the pain yuan is going through loving him,and he was moved by yuan's sincerity,Qian did end up falling in love but I think it started with him feeling the pain yuan was feeling.

I read the book,the series is way better,the doesn't quinch thirst,it only makes you more thirsty for the series to air.But I think only about last 10 ch were their romance part,and two or three cp them being a couple.

I would love to see this too,but yuan is so down for qian that he slaps air between them let alone a whole human being,yuan would probably kick them to fantasize about qian.

Well,I don't even need a nc scene at this point,this is doing great with anything supporting it,I would love to see a nc scene but their stares are on fire.
