Agree with you. These ep8-12 is building relationship of XiaoTan, 8th prince and Mo Lian Cheng. The progress we can see so far was 8th prince starting to get jealous and give more attention to XiaoTan.

Mo Lian Cheng (modern) wear grey/white most of the time and the hairpin looks dull compared to 8th prince (height of hairpin much lower). If you realized it, he just wears 1-2 clothing for most of the scene. At the moment, those kissing scene with XiaoTan definitely is from Mo Lian Cheng. Besides, you can differentiate them by the way how he talk/see to XiaoTan. The one with memory, like to tease and kinda like talk sweet words towards XiaoTan.

8th Prince (ancient time) colorful clothing and hairpin looks much more nicer/taller and there is a stone/diamond attached to it. You definitely no followed the script properly. I think XiaoTan did mentioned, why as a guy love to change the cloths so often. He will speak more harshly to XiaoTan because he has no memory with XiaoTan and he still think XiaoTan as spy from 1st Prince. In ep9-10, 8th Prince starting shows his interest to XiaoTan, As more eps pass by, the way 8th prince speak might have changes. Let's watch and relax.

I fast forward concubine and general scene. Just watch Mo Lian Cheng and XiaoTand scene only. These 4 eps nothing much compared to last 8eps. Basically in ep12, Mo Lian Cheng realized XiaoTan and himself jealous about their past.

XiaoTan - she asked Mo Lian Cheng is she Tan Er? I'm Qu XiaoTan. (scroll back me previous conversation). From this moment, Mo Lian Cheng realized XiaoTan is jealous because she doesn't has the memories with ChengCheng. On the other hand, LiuShang requested 8th Prince, he wants XiaoTan as gift (in ep 9) and whenever Mo Lian Cheng see 8th prince and XiaoTan get abit closer, Mo Lian Cheng is getting jealous. I'm waiting for next 4eps trailer.

Well, you may skipped ep9-11 and proceed ep12. Starting of ep12, Mo Lian Cheng shows his true identity to XiaoTan.

Ep9 revealed how 8th Prince gets the 'Di Ling'. A tool can conquer the army. Besides, it also shows that 8th prince is getting jealous because XiaoTan and LiuShang relationship is getting better. (In ep12, you can see the jealousy)

For historical drama, the way they dressed and hairpin (for male or female) is referring a status of a person. I'm not sure. Maybe like you say, ChengCheng not going to stay at 1 world for so long. Maybe he becomes King because of butterfly effect? ARGHHH! Where is the ep9 =.="

I will spoil my mom with KR and CN drama. But she still stick with her TVB dramas. She couldn't leave TVB drama. Maybe she has conversation with her friends and her friend keep introduce how good the drama was where i can predict the ending.

I had 2000s TVB dramas. Those 1990s too old for me. Old but gold. I do watch 1990s but I still prefer 2000s TVB drama. :P

I do remember in press conference for S2, Jing Xin revelead that netizens are very clever. Once we post a trailer/MV into social network, they (netizen) can guess and guess it correctly. She revealed there's some love story (not too much) about JingXin and 14th Prince as well because in S1, 14th Prince asked JingXin, What's your name and why dont you go help your master? 1st Princess Consort also revealed, in this S2, she might get her better ending compared to S1.

Dont forget about Rainie Yang - Devil Beside You, Love You, Ariel Lin-It Started with a Kiss, It Started with a Kiss2, F4 - Meteor Garden and so on... You missed out the most classical yet until today still very popular.

I love Ha Ji Won's projects too. So far, the most I love Ha Ji Won's project should be 'The King 2 Hearts' together with Lee Seung Gi. Dont know why, this project attracts me the most out of all Ha Ji Won's projects.

Just like TVB. The new actors and actress just have 'face/body' instead of acting skill. I totally feel like want to slap them when they showing the emotionless expressions =.="
And those jokes = crap. I dont even feel funny at all and couldn't catch a single thing =.= Whenever I watch back old TVB drama, even it's stupid action but at least funnier than current drama those "lame yet cold' jokes. Nowadays, I potion my mom with dubbed korean drama and yes she fall in love with it. But she still cannot leave TVB drama.

We're relatable maybe because we both grew up with TVB drama? Hahahahaaa! I grew up with TVB drama, Taiwanese-idol drama, and now Korean drama. Japanese drama not my type (i'm sorry).

Taiwanese drama used to be good until 2011 maybe? I remembered i forced myself to watch a Taiwanese drama 'Fall In Love with Me'. OMG!! This drama totally horrible. I watch half for every eps then I fall asleep. More effective than sleeping pillssss LOLLLLL XD

I love ghost things. I love 1 K-drama Master Sun's . This story totally my type. Just the male lead and female lead hmmm... Not my type.. 90% of the girl would love So Ji Sub but I'm alternative. hahahahahaaa!!

There's a possibility. This S2 doesnt follow novel. I saw some comment, if follow novel, the story for S2 should be in modern day not ancient time. Due to drama series, they decided make it work on ancient time.

For k-dramas, I would see the synopsis only start new k-drama. I just finished watch Thirty But Seventeen with fast forward method . hahahahaaaa!

Currently only k-drama would give me a surprise ending but i do hate open ending =.=" CN drama also tends to become like k-drama have an open ending GRRRRRRRRR!! But even I know the ending of the CN drama, but i tends to rewatch again. I dont know why it's attract me to re-watch again and again even i know the ending is sad or open ending LOLLL!! I guess this is the charm of CN drama.

I'm desperate for new eps. Currently, I developed a love and hate Monday =.=" Love - new eps, hate - Monday blue - need work. I do play games, but I just play for 2hours get all my main and sub accounts done. That's all :P After that 2 hrs, then I invested my time in drama again. Same like you, I also keep 'rapping' the replay button to listen the OST S1 and S2. I'm so happy, production team decided to find the same singers in S1 to sing for OST2.

When I'm laying down on my bed, the Youtube recommended me to watch the trailer of S2. Then i will press and watch it =.=". Just some short film of netizen's thoughts about ending of the drama. I also watched 1 short films, teaching netizen how to differentiate 8th prince and Mo Lian Cheng. Hahahahahaaaa!!!!!

I do noticed if the drama well received in certain country, it will be translated/subbed into other language. If I'm not mistaken TVB drama kinda hard to find subbed version for old drama and those subbed version kinda can make western headache due to bad subbing.

Maybe I will stop myself for watching any trailer related to The Eternal Love 2. I couldn't stop myself to find next ep trailer. I have many dramas could distract myself just i dont like the feeling waiting for next ep *I'm a person couldn't wait fot next eps*

Slaptick+romance, I assume as rom+com? If yes, this genre totally my favourite. I like alien, time-travel, ghost, fantasy theme too. Actually, as long it's well-written and casts doing great job, I would give a try.

Legend of Yunxi really not bad. I like the chemistry between leads! I dont hate second male lead just i dont like his staring towards to female lead when female lead could find some important information to save the male lead. ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!

I would give a try to Let's Shake It. I just watch few seconds of Ep1, the alien totally make me laugh out loud. >.<" :')

As i told you before, I used to hate China drama. Just someone here recommend Go Princess Go because same genre with The Eternal Love, so I give a try on this drama.

I do agree with you. Good TVB drama just until year 2012. After that, mostly of the TVB drama poorly written or bad casting. I still have my TVB collections as well. I would watch some old TVB drama when Im bored. If not my mom requested me to download TVB drama, they wont even exists on my drive. LOL...

I would avoid historical/palace theme drama. As I can predict the ending without watching it.
