This relationship is in big trouble and probably shouldn’t have started in the first place. From episode one to episode five, there are so many issues that could easily destroy the love between them.
1. They barely talk to each other, especially when it comes to deep conversations about their relationship.
2. Iwanaga's ex keeps popping up, and the drama with his ex just never seems to end.
3. Iwanaga can be really insensitive and careless. Miyata has dropped so many hints about how uncomfortable he feels seeing Iwanaga wear the watch his ex gave him. Surprisingly, Iwanaga still wears it, making Miyata overthink all the way through episode five. Seriously, bro, just throw that damn watch away!
4. Miyata’s deep insecurity makes him blow everything out of proportion. He even gets surprised and questions why Iwanaga is being so nice to him and doing everything for him. Like, bro, he’s your boyfriend—of course he’s going to treat you well!
5. They never talk about their feelings when problems happen, and they make decisions without involving each other. For example, Iwanaga decided to buy that house without even discussing it with Miyata first.
6. Miyata telling Iwanaga to buy cheaper things feels totally unnecessary. Miyata knows Iwanaga comes from a wealthy family, so buying expensive stuff is completely normal for him. Why even complain about it? Just enjoy it!
7. Miyata’s constant awkwardness around Iwanaga is super annoying. Aren't you two supposed to be a couple?
There are so many other things that make this drama uncomfortable to watch. They seriously need to fire the writer for thinking this is the kind of plot viewers actually want. I'm dead serious.
