Parallel worlds do exist in this series. However, when he gets hit by the car in episode 1 and wakes up it is the same Cir. In episode 8-9 when he gets hit by the car that Cir wakes up in the white room with BlackclothesCir. A different Cir from a different world wakes up in the hospital bed. He said he had a fever, fell asleep and then woke up here. In that world Cir doesn't even know who Phu or his friends are. They hadn't met yet. In each world Cir has a Phu but they can meet at different times. Just like BlackclothesCir said he never met his Phu until they were at work. I know I just rambled. I hope it helped.
