For me it was definitely episode 9 as well. I loved it when he saved her because the whole scene was so badass (and I think this is majority of people’s fave as well) but I think my favorite part/line was when DaQiang said to ChengHeng, “Do you really want to save her? Or do you want to save your Shuiyuntian?” That stood out to me most because when it really comes down to it, DaQiang will do anything for Orchid whereas ChengHeng still has reservations/priorities. And that made me fall in love with our DaQiang! I think I’m just really enjoying a “villain” as the main lead 😍
Wang Hedi has made me fallen in love again! Since YeHua, no one else has caught my interest but Wang Hedi has definitely done it! His acting is phenomenal! I cannot wait for his new upcoming dramas! I thought Esther did an amazing job as well. Sure, her voice was somewhat annoying at the beginning but as I continued to watch on, I fell in love with her and her character development as well. My favorite part was when she begged him to stay in his dream. It was so heartbreaking! She did such a great job with delivering all the right emotions!

I agree with you! She might be awful in her past roles but who knows! Maybe she got better in this drama! Nonetheless, I am still gonna watch it because I know I’ll get a good performance from Wang Hedi!
I am so excited for this drama! Cannot wait till next year 😭! First of all, Wang Hedi is such an attractive man and his aura is out of this world with the trailer! I am still gonna watch this one even if I am not a huge fan of the FL (and yes, I’ve heard all about her lol). Reason is because I know we’re gonna get a great performance from Wang Hedi and that’s enough 😍 The plot sounds good too! It’s unhealthy how many times I’ve watch the trailer 😭
I’m loving this drama so far!! I haven’t seen anything good since Rise of Phoenixes! It’s too bad that this drama isn’t being subbed as fast as other ones. The waiting game is so hard but I’m watching it now without subs assuming what they’re saying!!! I know there’s a lot of controversy about Chang Chen playing the male lead, but I think that he’s perfect for the role and is so hot (but that’s prob because I prefer masculine looking men)! I love the mortal arc as of right now and am so excited to see JC woo LX and get jealous!
