"respect the other fans who love Evilive as a noir genre" okay fair i respect them, i watched it because i love dark and thriller and death, but in this drama the main bromance is def hinted with toxic relationship scenes. If you saw the drama you cannot have missed it. The way they stare at each other and everything else that i won't wrote because i don't want to write spoilers. The writer and the director really implied a toxic relationship between the two. If you got a problem with that, you need to ask yourself why.
Like so many in this comment section, even i am a bigger sucker of second chance romance. But here, don't know…
I understand your pov but i'll add some thoughts. FL worked hard to built a career as a pianist and then she had to stop and have surgery, she also overworked herself and was burned out, clearly. While being really in a bad mental health period she tried to hide it from ML (poorly from my pov) and ML wasn't really helping, chasing his own dream. Also, when you're mentally unstable, it's hard to live with someone as bright as him, childish and hopeful. Okay, she could have told him how she felt, maybe they could have a break, take time to heal and start again. She clearly lacked communication skills. But when you feel you're drowning, you take stupid decision. Now that ML made his dream come true, he's more stable and reliable than before, also more mature.
