Judging by the preview i believe we'll see his pov next week, in the webtoon there's an entire chapter who explain his behavior influenced by a particular cell that we have not seen yet, but there's a tiny hint of it in ep 8.

DaeYoung is part of the webtoon, if it weren't for him Yumi would have no career. The drama follow the webtoon accurately on his part, he's no cheap replacement, just a new character in Yumi journey as an author.

Season 1 while fully knowing she has a boyfriend, looking up her blog supposedly someone told him about it, which lead him to propose her a job for his marketing team. Complementing her on everything she does, her hairstyle, writing, work out, which made her uncomfortable more than once. Giving her his jacket even though she refused and with her boyfriend being present, lucky him Woong was too drunk at that time 😅

Funny that people find him perfect, to me he's a walking red flag since season 1. He might be genuinely kind but the guy should learn boundaries when in relationship. It's like watching a train wreck waiting to happen

Overnight ? She always wanted to be a writer and settled into a desk job instead because of her lack of confidence . Ever since Writer Cell came back from the dead and she's been promoted to the marketing team in season 1, writing as become more important in her life. That little speech she gave herself is the little kick she needed to try again. I know personally that as long as you don't live paycheck to paycheck and manage your money well it's possible to just quit, no regrets. Worst case scenario ,she can live with her boyfriend 😆
