Well, even though I enjoyed EP1 I didn’t gave a good rating since it lacks in writing and acting. Realistically it isn’t a good quality show. So, the “bad” rating doesn’t mean someone can’t enjoy it. We all have our guilty pleasures. Maybe they wanted to do the most cringy and hilarious show of 2023? They are on a good way after EP1.

Like the trailer showed: absolutely cheesy and hilarious. Nothing that would have a lasting effect on me but we all need our goofy times sometimes.

There are a few series I love to binge watch but for a few I really enjoy waiting for and imaging all sorts of how the story progress exactly. This show clearly is way too hilarious to wait.

Well, I come from an age where directors made a sport of who made the most grueling cliffhangers. This is a piece of cake for me. Believe it or not it can become quite addictive :P.

Well, it is what we call a perfect cliffhanger XD.

Switzerland is just a plot bunny. If he wants to work in Switzerland it depends in what part he wants to work. He should know French, German, Italian or Romansh. English also is necessary when you work in places who have to deal with tourists.

Well, he was the monster of the day character. Last week we had Zo’s crush.

I like it enough to keep watching it but every episode feels like someone made a list and they are just checking the boxes and don’t care how the characters fit into it. I miss a seamless progressing script with growing characters. It is the screenwriters who did a really bad job here.

I think it is more about the difference in acting between Dunk and Joong. You can say what Joke feels while looking at his face but hardly what Zo feels. For me the biggest selling point is their natural chemistry. I enjoy watching them together but know we won’t get a more serious drama from them at the moment. The drama was well chosen and is in Dunk’s acting capability. Since we saw growth I don’t see a reason to bash him. He can still get better. He is still a beginner and at least comfortable in front of a drama camera. Can’t say that about all GMMTV actors.

I think it is bc a lot of people here are very young and/or don't have much experience when it comes to mature relationships.

Don‘t fear, you aren‘t the only one. There are people out here who don‘t excuse violence or even find such a reaction romantic. Just notice the heart count. We usually just are the silent ones.

People are biased. Since Pat is having the classic ML role he will be instantly forgiven and can do no wrong otherwise. Tai has the classic FL and therefore will be ridiculed for any normal human reaction.

You have surprisingly little knowledge about the reaction of humans. Running away is quite normal. When people have a problem with something taking themselves out of the situation to deal with it in private first is quite normal and very healthy. Instantly jump at someone is the unhealthy way. Tai running away and need saving is a trope and won‘t happen in RL. Any normal adult would have found his way back to the camp without help.

Knowing it and be able to endure it are two different pairs of shoes. How often were you in an emotional scene yourself and couldn‘t bear? Not beeing perfect and composed all time is just human. And to understand that is called empathy.

I think Tai understood Lomfon better than he himself. He has a soft spot for Lomfon and knows his brother loves him. I see Tai more as a guide for Lomfon to help him to sort out his feelings.
I also think kisses are too much romanticized. With a kiss you notice very well if there is sexual attraction or not. Okay, you could test that with naked skin touching except the casual hand touch too but THAT would be way more intimate than a peck. Well, I wouldn‘t mind seeing that ;).

Honestly I would prefer Tai staying alone. Pat is a big red flag. He got jealous again and didn‘t even try to talk. And he went overdramatic poor me instead of try making it right after he scared Tai with his behavior.

Imagine Tien and Lomfon becoming a couple and Tai being their guide and family…with lots of cats.

He never could since his parents never honestly talked with him despite him trying so often. So it became his trauma and it did fester. That talk was so long overdue. His parents were the ones who had to grow up.

Exactly. The same like Pat with Nana and I can’t remember anyone blaming Pat or Tai getting violent. So much double standards here.

You have a weird concept what relationships are. You can‘t be in one alone.

Nara said to him she will chase him and what muscular tall male will be manhandled by a small slim woman? Be realistic. He could have stopped her with one finger. He let her kiss him.
