JTBC have very high hope with TV rating's for Samdalri , l still remember when confirmation article didn't come from Both Side of the actor's for the drama,still in JTBC program the Director or general manger talk about Samdalri and even said starring Ji Chang wook & Shin hae Sun without any confirmation and they said they are very excited for this drama.
Check bulk page it's have written 8 ep but here you can see like nothing. There was a nothing announced except 2 cast members & director, writer and production company.
Maybe because Disneyplus didn't available worldwide like Netflix and this is big budget drama so either Netflix or Disney will take this other company don't have that much money for a drama, or maybe this will be TV drama and give OTT rights to Some plateform who offers more money
