it does have some issues yes. but it is still something different than usual, even though it’s not original. at the end it’s really an enjoyable show to watch
I have to be honest, the show is very well made. there is though a HUGE BUT. Whoever wrote the story/plot doesn't know how a sport team works, most of the thing club related didn't make sense to me. That's a shame and not the actor's fault.
"Lately, Ji Chang Wook seems to be making some rather dull drama choices, and this latest one is a prime example.…
How? He (personally) comes from 2 of his best works ever: The worst of evil and if you wish upon me. He wasn't the problem in this drama, the problem is the drama in my opinion. The problem of Welcome to Samdal-ri is that the screenwriter, the producer or whoever was involved in writing the plot did a poor job with the mains, basically the support character carried the show because they had more depth in their characters
He does make some weird choices, sure, but still this isn't right moment to say so as (personally) of his last 5 work (i didn't watch The Sound of Magic) he did a really great job portraing the characters and he did a lot of different genres too.
I prefer breaking my drama slump with dramas I don't expect too much from, hidden gems or things I usually don't…
i actually tried this with hot stove league. but my slump only got bigger xD. it's true though that there are some dramas i'm waiting (i don't like to watch on air 'cause i get addicted)
i thought it was going to be a break up story, didn't expect to actually have it though. honestly the ending was what i wanted simply because they didn't show us how and why fl developed such "illness" and also the healing from this illness wasn't quite to my liking. still enjoyable drama.
Is there any other country on earth that expects the level of saintly perfection from its actors as Korea? And…
let's try not to excuse him too much, dui is not something someone should do even not even if you are over the limit by a minimum amount, you still shouldn't do it. He obviously paid for what he did, now he is back maybe he will think thrice before driving now.
Sometimes people forget that even if you are not mentally stable (or simply sick) is still illegal to do illegal act (or drugs, as the case of yoo ah in where people pardon him for doing drugs (seems crazy to me))
i didn't start this but i have an honest doubt about this all. Isn't 16 episode each long 60 MINUTES wayyy too much? This seem like a very short story stretched in a very big "book". Is it just my feeling?

I needed a cold refresh. Thank you
