Ofc romance doesn't ruin a drama, I’m well aware and in fact a sucker for romcoms but now let’s be real. Trying to squeeze in romance in a drama where it’s clearly not needed seems pointless to me. But ofc, everyone can have their own opinions.
I like Hyun Ji. Yes, her character is absolutely despicable at times but she’s broken and tired. I know all are but I can understand her. That time when you have a dream you want to fulfil so bad and yet you can’t do a thing. As much as you hate it, you keep blaming everything on that one person who means the world to you. You feel like everyone hates you because of you out attitude but no one knows you to the core. You only have THAT one person you want to protect as he listens to you and tries so hard to understand you (Doo Ho in a brotherly way). She’s a very real person. Unlike many other she doesn’t like showing a fake personality to others, she’s straightforward and I like it. She’s broken but her members and Doo Ho protect and will continue to protect her. Ps: IM HATINGG THE FACT THAT THERE MIGHT BE ROMANCE HERE- like pls don’t ruin SUCH A GOOD SHOW. Idk why tho I LOW-KEY ship hyunji and jihan lmao but NO NO NO romance PLEASEE.
I love how the plot doesn’t make the infected people literally look like zombies. I love how in respect to recent kdramas like sweet home and #Alive this show isn’t very different but yet it’s so unique! For the first time while watching such a genre, I’m CRAVING for a romance plot. I personally feel like a romance plot just ruins the fun of such genres but here their explosive chemistry literally makes a romance plot look like a necessity lol But as to my terror, adding a romance plot in such genres is also very risky as I’m scared that it might end up tragicc Ps: it’s SO CUTE to see hyung sik and hyo joo with baby fat! They look ADORABLE

I think she does remember. She mentioned it that she didn’t want anything to do w him but ofc she will and like I think she did say it in the end that she knew it was him but chose not to make it a big thing
