I don’t think jerry is BM. The writers are making it a lil too obvious that he is BM by making him somewhat sus. But that doesn’t mean Jerry isn’t important. KDY would never take on a role which isn’t of much importance, there is definitely a lot to Jerry’s character! But I won’t be TOO shocked if he’s revealed as BM lol
