How do you know there will be 2 episodes per week ?

Youku make the same for the series Unknown. First on their App (Saturday) then free on their YT channel (Monday).

On the App all episodes are already available so they can dispatch all episodes on their YT channel. In addition, they are the producer of the series so if they also want to broadcast on the YouTube channel they can very well do so without waiting for anyone's agreement.

Not everyone has an Apple phone to download the app (Even in Asia it's Samsung or Huawei the leaders).

But not on the YT channel... I don't have Apple phone.

Just because you're Taiwanese doesn't mean you can speak for all of Asian culture. Taiwanese people act more like Westerners than Asians. I lived in China, Japan and Vietnam and even today in these countries (like Thailand) kissing someone on the mouth is not that common even if today's youth seem to want to bringing it closer to a “Western way of doing things” it's still very far from it.

I'm largely Israeli and even though I have a more Western culture I'm very familiar with the different cultures around the world and especially in Asia where I have lived the longest.

You need to understand Asian culture before saying that. Kissing on the lips in Asian culture is not what is done in public. And the French kiss even less. They are much more accustomed to the “sniff kiss” to show their affection. Even holding hands on the street is not that common.
