Well my complain isn't just jdramas that lead by idol actors but more romantic J-dramas in general. I was unaware of prohibition regarding idols until you told me, but most of romantic j-dramas are lack of intimacy scenes. Maybe it has to do with Japanese culture. But I'm glad to see more depth in romance in recent Japanese dramas. (Like Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko made mo, HapiMari, Coffee Vanilla, Kikazaru Koi and etc)

I'm a Turkish but i can't bring myself to watch modern Turkish series because they're lazy written and due to bad acting.
