OffGun are one of the rare BL couples that keep upgrading. They surprise me each and every time, although Gun is not a favorite of mine, he's probably one of the best BL actors in Thailand. And to add Dew to this... I'm having trouble handling all the hotness. This drama is quality stuff and I'm eating it up.
I can't believe Fluke and Lego are not actually girls lol. In this they were more girly than most girls (including me). The acting was top notch. I didn't expect it to be so good!
Right when that lady in the hospital said she lost his beloved husband and has been there bc of hallucinations, I knew it. Win was Alan's lover that had died and Alan couldn't take it, hence his condition. Also his friend is probably in the UK and so he's not real in ep 5. I think Win is probably buried in the hospital's graveyard- when they were there, there was a gravestone exactly in the color of Win's outfit. And their convo about being alive as long as you're remembered in someone's memories... Also no one other than Alan's friend has been able to see him. The ice cream shop guy also gave Alan only one cup of ice cream. I think he's dead and Alan hasn't been able to cope, and is struggling to keep his memory. And also the NC scene, it's probably a fraction of his memories with Win, so it's probably real, although not in that time, but maybe in that place.
Can never get over this. Also don't agree with people who say this is fan service. Guys notice that they didn't even KNOW wether the show will air. And if it did, with that low budget and almost ZERO advertising, they couldn't have predicted that it'll turn the tides like this. They probably never in their wildest dreams saw the fame and success it'll bring them and thought the show will get forgotten in the huge wave of all the Chinese shows, let alone that anyone would be interested in seeing the bts. So I believe what we see from Tian and Ziyu in the bts is REAL.
This was the first quiz that I could answer to the very end on the first try lol. Every single one threw me back in time π₯Ή I enjoyed all of them! (Revenged Love even gave me a pause to stare at the picture like π₯Ίπ₯²)
i don't understand what happened to wen lang? he's in jail ?
No, they were joking. They mean his situation is worse than death, because he has a long way to win Gau Tu's heart back. The ending was so bad it was all ambiguous
somebody tell me what happens in novel after where the series ended.. in the main novel or extra chapters wherever..…
Believe it or not, the writer doesn't seem to like the second couple at all. She neglected them all along and only finished their story in the special chapters, and only because readers asked her to. So basically when Gau Tu's dad found out about him being an omega and pregnant, he tried to sell him to some Alphas for prostitution. Gau Tu, having this pheromone condition, had to stay away from any alpha pheromones except from his own mate. So his condition got worse. Then his dad took him to see Shen Wenlang to ask him money to abort the baby. Before he could say anything, Gau Tu runs away and this old friend helps him run. Gau Tu's condition gets so bad that he passes out and that friend takes him straight to hospital but he goes into coma, and it's only because of that friend's pheromones that he doesn't die (that friend has a crush on him). 3 years later, Shen Wenlang takes Peanut to that amusement park and accidentally meets Gau Tu. And that's it. That's almost all there is for them. There are some small hints that he buys the apartment next to Gau Tu and proposes to him 7 times and begs him a lot until Gau Tu lets him in, but that's all. Only some hints for a story that could have been even better than the main plot. I just can't help but think the writer hates Gau Tu. I mean he's in pain all throughout the story and when things start to look up for him, bam! Story is over. π
In my opinion this show could have been so much better. They spent the first 8 episodes on talking and politics and scheming while almost none of it was of use in the main plot. And on the other hand they didn't give enough time to Zi Ang's character and backstory in those 8 episodes, whereas it should have been him - and Shu He - in the focus of the plot. They didn't work well on the characters, instead gave too much time to all those useless talking about their plots, which turned out to be in vain, most of them. I barely tolerated the first 8 episodes. And the main plot only started in the second half of episode 8! They really messed it up while they could have made a perfect tragic show.
If you watch the first 8 episodes at faster speeds and then watch the last 4, I think you'll enjoy this more - as much as you could enjoy a heartbreaking story, anyway. Lol
I really loved the story of their love and their tragedy. I'm a sucker for these kinds of stories, once in a while. And yet... They didn't let the heartbreak last and just jumped to their meeting in the afterlife. It ruined the effect a bit for me. They didn't have to do that so fast. At least they could give some time to show Zi Ang understands why Shu He did that, to show a bit more of Shu He's reasons and love. We mostly only saw him feeling bitter and revengeful, pretentious. I would have loved to see them walk hand in hand more before Shu He's brother decided to take the throne, watch them be lovey dovey, and have sweet talks.
Still... The heartbreaking parts were almost perfect. I'm gonna love the last 4 episodes and forget about the first 8 lol
About the absence of any intimate scene in the show, I completely blame the gov. We had a good share of those…
What a shame. (Sigh) I was just glad that the show got the chance to air till the end and didn't leave us midair, forever wondering how it could have turned out.
