I just re-watched this show in it's entirety and the last 2 episodes... HOLY SHIT. I knew what was coming at me already, but this whole show still hit me like a freaking truck. I feel completely empty and depressed right now... NEVER AGAIN! ;_;

On BTS: Burn The Stage Mar 21, 2019
Honestly, when I first started to watch this documentary I really didn't expect all that much except to hear A LOT of BTS's songs and all that, but what really surprised me is just how extremely... down on earth the entire band is. I mean, personally I have really never been interested in literally any famous movie or music star except that I really like to see or hear more of them, but this is probably the first time in my life that I'm really astonished just how many life lessons one could learn by just watching these guys talk with each other. I'm honestly really happy that somebody like BTS are the most popular band nowadays, compared to how arrogant some other Western stars like Justin Bieber and the like always seem to be like, but heck I don't even wanna compare these two with each other!!!

I do know for a fact that BTS changes the lives of millions for a better and seriously, I'm super excited to see their 2018 documentary coming up next. GO BTS!!

On Misaeng: Incomplete Life Feb 24, 2019
Update: It's been well over 4 months since I've watched Misaeng and even though I originally rated it a 9, I'm changing my new rating to a 10 now!
Miseang really is one of these stories that offer you an invaluable amount of life lessons in a sort of fashion which makes it extremely easy and relatable for literally everyone to identify themselves with one way or another and honestly, back when I first watched this show I was already amazed by all that, but it really did take me a lot of time just to realize how much I've learned from this story and how it helped me a tremendous deal to fight my way through the many challenges of my own life. Seriously, it may not necessarily be the most flashy show all of time, nor does it keep up a feeling of suspense for too long, but the kind of inspiration and motivation Miseang blesses with you is something I'll definitely never forget for a lifetime. I just straight up LOVE it!! :D

Gintama? Ohh I remember having watched the first two episodes of the anime many, many years ago. I'm not sure if these movies are going to be my cup of tea, but heyy I'm willing to give it a try cause of Sato haha Thanks A LOT again, btw!

Hey! I pretty much just finished Kyou Kara Ore Wa! a couple minutes ago and I seriously just wanted to thank you real quick as it has been SO GOOD! You really weren't kidding when you said Sato was once again godlike in that show and it was so freaking amazing to see all these other actors crack up and look away from the camera during his scenes, I loved it lmao

I'm curious though, do you know any other great dramas with him as well you could recommend me? I'd highly appreciate that :D

Ichihara Hayato's actingwas just straight up astonishing! I really hate to say it though, but I feel like in comparison to him many of the other actors and actresses in this show were kinda... well, mediocre I guess. But who knows, I never read the original source material so maybe everyone acted exactly as Fyodor Dostoyevsky envisioned them to be. Nevertheless, this show was definitely quite the ride in the end, definitely go ahead and watch it if you're looking for a decent JDrama with a strong focus on mystery and psychology! It's really good!!

Oh yeah, story wise season 3 of Yuusha Yoshihiko was honestly the weakest one as everything felt a bit TOO forcefully random to me, but hot damn at least this offered the perfect playing ground for somebody like the Hotoke though. Man, I didn't know before that he was coming up with everything on the spot, but OK I also thought it was super freaking weird that he randomly talked about that Danjo's recent divorce or something and he didn't want to go any further on that. I figured something like that would have been cut waaaay before already in the script if he didn't want to talk about it but well, I guess you can't cut something that has no script haha
Anyway though!! Thanks for recommending that other show, I'll definitely make sure to watch it anytime soon :D

I really wonder why Japan has gotten so freaking obsessed about Ao Oni in recent years. I mean, the game is like a century old by now and it's really not something you'd play for the story alone, but oh well, I am seriously low key digging all these adaptions everywhere :D

Well, I knew he was in a lot of shows but HOLY SHIT that's really quite the number of side roles!! Honestly, in this show here he really didn't leave too strong of an impression to me, but at least in Yuusha Yoshihiko he is lowkey the guy I'd want to become myself one day, well ok minus this whole divorce deal and everything though lol

I personally liked the first movie more because it had A LOT more comedy scenes than this one, but I guess if you're looking for something more meaningful than just a bunch of guys throwing punches at each other, then this movie here is definitely up for your alley imo.

I honestly don't really remember him, but his actor is definitely a living legend! If you haven't seen Yuusha Yoshihiko to Maou no Shiro yet, then hell you're up for quite some ride hahaha

Title Nobody Knows
Despite the fact that the entire movie had a rather gloomy and overall depressing undertone, the director and all of the actors really did do an amazing job in making you absolutely hooked and mesmerized from start to finish. Hearing that the real life story of this case is even more brutal and depressing though... man, this all really does put it into perspective extremely masterfully just how much some people struggle to just survive throughout their daily lives...

Well, nevertheless though, I am honestly extremely excited to see much more from Koreeda Hirokazu again after the ride that was this movie. For everyone that's on the edge whether to watch that movie or not, then heck, go watch it right NOW! It's seriously worth it!! :D

This movie... I'm freaking speechless! I went into it with like NO expectations at all and yes, it was really fucking random and had TONS of moments where you just lost your mind because of how stupid the plot is, but man, I can sure as hell say though that I was entertained constantly from start to finish. One of the, if not THE most unique movie I've ever seen... Man, that was a crazy ride haha

Title Inside Mari
I liked the premise, but the story just felt utterly confusing near the end imo. To be honest though, I think the only redeeming value that show has was Ikeda Elaiza's spectacular acting as Mari, as dayum, she was amazing if you asked me! I'm more excited to see more of her in the future!!
