I saw this scene in the first trailer where Tian asks his friend at one point, why his heart was beating when the other guy is close and if its becoz of the girl's heart. His friend replied "your heart beats because your brain makes it to. Your feelings come from your brain." Moreover, based on the first ep, I think its a one-sided crush from the girl. The guy might be feeling it platonically. (This might be wrong........its just my opinion<3)

In my opinion, its not just because of having no 18+ scenes. In case of Oxygen, it has a lot to do with their acting too. They're a bit stiff throughout; which makes the story lag in between. Take Sotus for an example. Even though they literally dont kiss till the 13th ep, that series never made us feel bored. Ik its unfair to compare experienced actors of sotus with rookies of oxygen. But i just wanted to point out that bls can be just as entertaining, even without mature scenes. Like Theory of love, 2moons, sotus etc.
