I'm not sure if it was spelled out (and if so, I've forgotten as well) but my assumption was that Tawan had been possessive and jealous so that's why things hadn't been working out between the two.
So did the priest turn out to be gay after all? I get that he was with girls before entering the seminary, unless he was lying to the students and was actually with boys, but I assumed that the white man that Jia Han met in Canada was the priest's boyfriend.

I can't say I remembered anything so I just went back to rewatch and I only hear what I assume are insects. I didn't watch Fourever You so don't have that to compare to.
Same!!!!! This was the best series I watched all year, hands down.
I was SO excited when I heard about S2!! I couldn't believe we were so lucky to get it! These past 10 weeks have been amazing, I looked forward to Wednesdays so much. I've only rewatched S1 once but for sure I'll be rewatching both. 😍😍😍
But apart from that, a really excellent film that will stay with you.
I'll miss them too, but I am hoping we get a S3!!
