I think after what we got in ep10, the encounters between Puen and Keen are less clear. Puen said both to Aob at different times: we've had sex and I've only given him a blow job. I consider BJs to be part of "sex," but to me the second thing Puen told him (that it was only a BJ) seems like walking back the "sex" part.
Since we didn't get any scenes of Puen and Keen together (damn them!), we can't be totally sure about the timing, right? We know that Captain was still trying to cement his place on the rugby team over a few eps, so would Puen have been trying to do the same thing over the same time frame? (And damn, which other players has Keen been screwing?) I got the feeling that the Keen sex/BJ happened before Puen caught feelings for Aob but Aob saw the timestamps of the texts and was upset so I suspect Puen was still fooling around with Keen recently (and don't forget that Aob is the one who pushed Puen away, so no reason for the younger man not to get his rocks off elsewhere).
All that said, I think it was out of character for Aob to have become SO upset about the whole thing.

I thought that Lee was saying Aob was the manager of something else, like gang-related.
