Mess up KP? One of what I think is probably one of the most popular Thai BL series of all time? What on earth…
Good! Nothing wrong with wanting to see our favorite actors in new projects! I'm not even a fan of "supernatural" themes but I will still watch the heck out of this one. π
Have you seen any interviews with Bible online? He did a long one a couple of years ago, I guess right after KP, in English and wow, he impressed the hell out of me.
Glad you found it! π It was definitely one of the most original and unpredictable Thai BL I've seen! And yes,…
Heh, sorry, I was referring to the brand of underwear they were wearing for most of the show, the RICH brand. It was written kind of large on their briefs so I'd assumed you'd noticed, so my apologies for confusing you.
About the scene down the bridge (end of ep 12-beginning ep 13) I donΒ΄t know if I missed something or if ItΒ΄s…
I went back to the notes I took during the show and I think it was Aob who called Jump and asked *him* to meet him there under the bridge/underpass. Jason Lee wanted Aob to "take care of" Jump, right? Aob had told Jump in a previous ep to leave town or something but he hadn't. Of course, I don't think it's clear why Aob wanted Jump to meet him then, but everything went sideways when Puen followed him and then Captain attacked Puen. But how did Nont and Captain know they'd be there? Good question! I think at the time we decided that Jump told Porsche, who then told one of the other two, but again, just speculation. The plot holes in this series were HUGE.
As far as the WHY of everything explained in the finale...well, personally I'd put it down to poor scriptwriting, because, yeah, none of it made a lot of sense. Did Phop kill Nant because he thought Nant wanted to steal his drugs? The way they "wrapped up" everything with Nant's time before his death and his death was not convincing and made zero sense, and trust me, we TRIED to make it make sense. π But it's why this is the least predictable Thai BL I've ever seen and I love it for that.
does anyone know why were Soong and First dubbed in some scenes?
We don't know for sure but our speculation at the time was that the series had gotten negative feedback about those characters using English, so the assumption was that for an ep or two, I can't recall now, they'd dubbed their Thai over it, but I feel like they went back to using English more in some later eps.
This is definitely worth the watch! I quite enjoyed it. I have no idea why this got such a low score, but don't…
Glad you found it! π It was definitely one of the most original and unpredictable Thai BL I've seen! And yes, hide it next to your RICH undies. ππ
Okay, for those of y'all saying that the ending is disappointing, if you watch past the credits, like the subs…
Well, I appreciate your hopefulness but I'm not sure too many of us here are putting too much faith in that "TBC" message. π I'll be super psyched if they make it, but I wouldn't count on it.

Of course, we all have our opinions and preferences, but I'd just meant that I felt it might be a bit soon to be concerned about the content of this series since we've only seen two short teasers, some promo pics, and a summary.
And not to get too psychological about things, but I honestly don't see any reason for you to have any shame about wanting to see Bible in a new project, or only being interested in it because of him. Isn't that what being a fan is all about? π
Mess up KP? One of what I think is probably one of the most popular Thai BL series of all time? What on earth did they mess up with it?
I don't have any actual statistics to back this up, but my educated guess is that women make up a STRONG majority of BL fans so why wouldn't BOC want to market to us? And are you saying that what we saw in the two trailers wouldn't appeal to men who like men?
I agree that IF any of the KP actors felt like they were being objectified, that would be bad, but on the other hand, I presume they had the script and knew what they were getting into when they signed on for it. Though if you mean objectified for showing some skin or being in some NC scenes, does that mean *every* actor or actress who does that is being objectified?
I DO want this to be a great project for Bible because, like you say, he's a fantastic actor, but we should wait for the finished product to judge instead of speculating with nearly zero information.
If you really need to know, the ending is actually quite confusing and unclear.
Oh, some of the scenes are very hot! π₯ And I can honestly say that even though I haven't watched many BLs, this has GOT to be the least predictable one ever!
If you give it a shot, the first two eps in particular have SO many "wtf??" moments, but once you get past them and into some later eps, things settle down...slightly. π

I'd be very surprised if we got a second season but who knows?
