I think you're getting the wrong message from my argument xD I didn't say people had to force themselves to continue a drama they aren't interested in that's like being assigned a historical film for a project grade. And I never said I had a problem with people dropping dramas, I even said I drop dramas myself when they start getting uninteresting or just weren't my cup of tea. My only argument is that people giving a full review on something they didn't FULLY watch was my problem. Yeah they can say "It was slow personally for me and IMO it just didn't run smoothly from where I stopped" but they can't say things like "It's lacking in the romance department" if they watched 5 out of 17 episodes because they are only 29.4% in the show, the don't honestly know if it was lacking that much or if it got better throughout the episodes if you're getting what I'm saying now. Dropping dramas is how you figure out your own preference and I wasn't trying to force her to pick it back up, Like you said it's her own choice, I'm just persuading and letting them know it does get better and letting people who are reading the article know it is worth a shot because from my preferences and POV they were good. If people want to drop shows they can, I do, almost everyone does xD

Sorry if I seemed triggered by your article, People can 100% drop and dislike a drama I have no problem with that I do the same thing if it's not too interesting to me. Just I don't get why people complain about a story line they never finish is my point, because they never know if it got better or worse because they never saw the end of it. Some people say they can predict where dramas are going to go but they never actually know until they watch it. My friend told me off when I dropped Goblin for the same reasoning, It wasn't grasping my attention, but I'm glad she did because when I picked it back up I regretted dropping it. Some dramas start off slow but get better. You should try Suspicious Partner and W again but I'm not gonna force you too lol Everyone's dramas preferences are different. W gets better and Suspicious Partner does have a slow moment but it gets better too :) And also my comment wasn't meant to change your mind but possibly persuade you to give it another try and for people who decided to read the article and afterwards were thinking "Well should I even bother watching now?" it was to give them another view from someone who actually finished it and loved it. I respect your own opinion and article just wanted to give my opinion. Every other drama you talked about I finished and you were spot on with your opinion about them. I would've dropped them too lol :)

No hun, I'm saying that I don't find it valid for someone to complain that a drama needs more romance or needs more action if they didn't watch all of it to see where the director decided to fully go with it. It's this person's own opinion if the drama was good or not just like this is my own opinion. My opinion is: Yes if you think a drama is too boring for you then go ahead ad drop it BUT don't go saying what it needed more of and less of if you didn't finish to see if they did fix the direction the drama was going to xDDD because while you're saying "They didn't show enough romance" and someone else is on an episode where the mains get married then you look stupid in their POV is what I meant. My comment was to mainly persuade the person who wrote this to give the dramas another try because it did get better. I didn't TELL you to do anything just gave my opinion and if you don't like my opinion you can just skip right over my comment that wasn't for you or meant to be taken as a demand of any sort xDDD Sorry if I came off hostile. I really hate when people make a judgment on something they never finished. I get why someone would drop something but if you never finished it then how do you know really what it didn't show...you never made it to the end to see. It's like going to watch a horror movie and leaving 15 mins in and saying "The monster barely shows up..it wasn't scary" like bish you didn't even watch long enough to get to the good stuff xDDD You just dipped your toes in without going for the full swim lmao I kept going with Suspicious Partner and W and I'm glad I did. W; he wasn't just a webtoon character, we discovered by episode 7 that he lived in an alternate reality and was a living human being hence why her father was having trouble killing him off. He was making his own decisions which changed in her world how the drama was going. He, like she kept telling her problem and also why she tried to save him many time, was a breathing human being when she traveled into his world which is why any person couldn't think to just let someone kill him...It would technically be murder. She saw him breathing and laughing so when she saw that her dad was gonna kill him off she knew she had to do something. If you jumped into a world where you knew someone was going to die you would try to stop it if you could. The only thing that W frustrated me with was the random part where everything was going way too well amidst the killer being out there, other than that it was really good. And Suspicious Partner was lowkey so good lol I loved everything it portrayed

Oh that, I already knew about his wife and the show and their beautiful son, Same with ex U-kiss member Dongho and his wife and son. That was 2 years ago though I don't think a lot of his Chinese fans cares enough to get the show put on hold? Could it be because of something else because a lot of Chinese actors are married. If that is the reason it is on hold then those "fans" aren't actual fans. They're just mad that he doesn't know they exist and he's taken. Idols are allowed to keep their personal lives to themselves and share when they're ready to or want to and it disgusts me that fans believe they have a say in matters like who they date and who they hang out with. I really do hope that's not the main reason it was put on-hold

Your review helped me and I watch the show and loved it. Though I have to disagree with the part you said "there's characters that hate one another but not to the "crazy-evil" extent" If the more you watch you start to see a truly evil character unfold, Though she claims it's for the best for her son the way she goes about things is considered evil in my book. And the step sister started out as an evil character, rude to the mother and daughter, getting someone to frame the step sister, working with the evil (other) mother to get rid of the main character, even tried to break things off with the main girl and her friend because of jealousy (when there was nothing to be jealous of) Pretty crazy evil to me lol

Tbh I would've watched it xD He would've been one extremely attractive male lead. Though I love DOTS male lead more. There are some pretty amazing k-drama remakes and let's not forget a lot of K-dramas are remakes of American and Japanese Dramas/Show. Don't knock them all before you try them. I used to think the same but now I'm more open minded when it comes to dramas cause if not I would've missed out on some good remakes and original dramas from other countries :)

This drama is hilarious. The acting is very good and the Female lead's imagination makes everything so much better xDDD

This series is so good, I'm not ready for it to end. I was surprised by the really good acting considering it looks like the actors/actresses first couple of dramas or first in general. But seriously not ready for it to end yet :(
