Yoo same I was so excited when d WEBTOON turned out to be a drama but I just wasn’t feeling it. I haven’t even gotten back to read the webtoon cuz it’s been too draggy lately. True beauty is just like every other drama that we have seen before it’s just hyped up because of the two male leads.

I think y’all should stop commenting on Ji Chang wook’s choice of work and focus on the drama itself. The only thing I would say concerning JCW is that he is an actor and he can’t continue to take the same roles, an actor needs to be versatile if you don’t like his works then don’t watch it no need for y’all to say the same thing on every drama role he takes. But I really love this drama and the interview style is new and interesting to watch. Them casually talking about sex is refreshing and realistic to see and I hope more Kdramas would do that. Many shows or dramas all over d world do not hesitate to talk casually abt sex. I guess because Koreans are too conservative u guys are getting too used to their system. A lot of people talk abt sex in real life they just don’t show it in Kdramas but I’m glad they do now so get used to it.

I think it’s very fast paced than the original drama but I’m not complaining tho since it’s a short adaptation of it and it’s really cute. If u guys don’t like it just think of it as another drama and separate it from the Chinese version.

Their chemistry is soo good wth!! Im Siwan is such a ray of sunshine. His character is smart, clueless, quirky, straightforward and funny all at once which makes him more unique and like able. I’m so glad Shin se kyung picked this drama. I’m loving her character so much, she really outdid herself with this one. And the writers better not mess this up cuz it’s literally been good so far.

Okay I’m seriously hoping they don’t follow the WEBTOON. I’m a fan of the WEBTOON but most of us can agree that ever since Suho went abroad in the webtoon the story became less and less interesting. Even Seojun and Jungkyung getting together didn’t sit right with me because we all knew Suho was gonna come back. And now in the recent episodes of the webtoon the writer keeps hinting at a break up between Seojun and Jungkyung. The story is just all over the place for me and they better not decide to change Soojin’s character to how she is in the webtoon cuz she is a total girl crush right now. The drama plot is more convincing and promising than the WEBTOON for me.

I’m sorry but this drama is simply the best. It might even top all the high school dramas I’ve watched so far. The cinematography , ost, actors, plot everything is just too good. And the fact that this drama is only 8 episodes. The writer has managed to unfold the story properly without it feeling rushed. If u are not sure abt watching it please do and ignore the ratings. My drama list ratings are always so low for no reason. I’m sorry for ranting I just feel like this drama is not appreciated enough for me.

This drama has been pretty good so far but the main issue I have with it is the villain's story line. What exactly was the writer thinking! The motive for Gao er fang to be evil doesn't make sense at all. How on earth can he blame Lu Fang nan for the death of her one and only sister. He should be sympathizing with her not taking revenge. This was just stupid to me geez. The writer should have came up with something better or cancel the whole villain thing and stop prolonging the drama cuz this was not it chile.

I think we all need to be more open to main leads with unique behaviors. Y’all always complaining about the same old nice and clumsy female leads now u got a new but still have a problem with it. I like the fact that these days many leads are having the not so usual and cliche attitude. These main lead’s characters might not be so new either cuz there must have been characters like them in other dramas but my point is in real life there are some people that we hate and find obnoxious too, the world is full of people with different personalities and these personalities need to be expressed more in dramas without being tagged unrealistic or annoying.

Am I the only one who likes this drama? It’s been pretty good for me so far and I don’t really understand the hate it’s receiving especially the characters. Yes the main characters don’t have the best attitude but I believe there might be some character development. The drama is not that bad after all.

A steamy and long kiss would have been weird since they are both in their first relationship and they were finally recreating/ experiencing their relationship if it had really begun while they were both young.

I said the same thing too. This drama is really giving me Go back couple vibes.

I’ve been avoiding this drama cuz of all the comments so I decided to watch it when the episodes is all out but When I saw the ratings just now I had to scream. It’s only been 4 eps out so far and the hate this drama is receiving is much! It’s like people don’t watch dramas for fun and entertainment anymore but for criticism smh.

Tbh I think he’s pretty nice. I watched the Korean version and the male lead was ruthless lol. And yes he’ll change soon.
