The villains carry a ‘hate me’ sign. It's difficult, though, because they don't have much scale. To get a villain…
Totally agree. I think the fun factor negates needing any sorta deep level of villany for me for now, at least in the first 4 episodes. I did find myself getting slightly bored towards the end of episode 4. We all see the format of the episode already.
In future episodes, they're going to need to whip out a big bad with a better character arc and backstory over these "case of the week" type villans. In that regard, Bitna and the other characters need a little more meat to their stories too.
It's getting better by each episode, 8/10 to 10/10 for latest two episodesShould I say Kdramas are back ??? Blessed…
Super sad that NGNL is ending this upcoming week, but I'm so happy this is keeping me occupied til Oct/Nov, perfectly timed with the spooky season too!
Despite the viseral violence (which has been soo cinematically shot and the SFX are just so good), it's been super fun and exciting, especially during those true payback moments. All the villans have been also been exciting to hate on.
The cuts and transitions during the revenge scenes are SO cool.
I saw Cha Chung Hwa in the trailer! The maid from Mr. Queen and her niece from See You in My 19th Life. So great to see them together for another project!

I like the the actress they casted as Hee Yeon as well. She fits my perception of her from the webtoon.

The premise is really similar to Jang Nara's Sell Your Haunted House
