It’s definitely him ! I have no doubts ! Because his parents where shown in maths Olympiad scene ! His hands in the picture looked like seon hos hands ! The writer could have revealed it but later . It’s too early and very easy to find out ! But I wish they had someone famous actress to play his wife’s role so that people wouldn’t hate that part of his life as we all are rooting for dushik n hye jin ! But i guess the writer wanted us to accept that he had a wife and a child early in the drama so that we don’t get upset . But I don’t get why he acts like it’s his first time in love around hye jin ! If he had a wife then I wish they made du shiks role not so playful with hye jin ! I don’t mean to say it’s wrong but it could have been better that way !

Woowow ! I am just in bad phase of life and couldn’t watch dramas recently . I was only waiting for homecha but had less hopes before it aired . What an amazing 6th episode . I laughed so hard in many scenes ! Juri and her dad are hilarious ! Dushik and hye jin are amazing as always . Loved each n every bit of ep 6 . The ending was so perfect and funny. It was just a second and one small tear from seon ho and I couldn’t stop crying ! The whole cast of homecha is so perfect . I wish they maintain this warmth till the end ! What a beautiful story ! This is need of the hour Atleast to me ! It’s definitely healing ! Preview looks interesting can’t wait for next weekend !

I think it’s his wife and baby ! We saw his parents in a scene where he got the maths Olympiad award ! But I kind of don’t understand , he mentioned his parents passed away when he was 6 I guess and he looked like 10-12 years old when he won the award ! But the lady in the photo looked not so young ! Again in the book he read it was mentioned about first kiss is it because it was his first with hye jin or in his life ?!

Yeah ! I couldn’t watch startup after 10th episode ! Dal mi was one of the “what should I do “kind of character ! Thank god we got homecha to heal us from the pain of HJP !

Ahahha true ! I cannot imagine anyone else playing du shik and hyejin ! I feel Suzy in startup didnot match his aura whereas shin min ah does ! As actors u need another compatible actor as a partner ! Shin min ah —seon ho are on different league with their phenomenal but natural acting skills . Bonus point : dimples ! They are so cute! I want them to win best couple award !

Waiting to see her ex bf ! I Want him to see her now ! To know how far she has come !

Yes ! She is very honest in everything ! Even she apologises quickly ! She is playing her role absolutely well ! She did not even shy off to ask du shik if he liked her ?! I love her straight forwardness !

Yeah ! She is materialistic but we can understand where she gets it from ! She was put down once for not dressing up well ! When we are not confident about ourselves we all tend to dress well so that people will think we are doing great ! She just seeks validation from others . Soon she will understand that is not necessary and being self content and happiness matters like du shik mentioned !

I loved ep 5 . I don’t know why people find her rude but in reality we all are like her . We all will look for a man with a proper job but not necessarily a well paid one ! When we find someone with odd jobs we would not understand his personality so that it creates less stability in knowing a person and falling in love ! Hye jin should have not told him on face though ! Still I think she did it so that he doesn’t get any wrong idea ! Misleading is better than being direct but in a nicer way ! Also love how they both have contradicting personalities , lifestyles , thoughts and actions . They are so well into their roles ! Everything about ep 5 was perfect ! Epilogue was great ! The drama keeps getting better .

I feel du shik was cheated on previously may be before getting married or the girl left him for career or for some other reason ! I get this theory from the song he was singing at the cafe . The lines from the song indicate such backstory or it’s Netflix’s poor translation ! That’s why he was able to fall for hye jin but not get close with her . !!! Saturday is so far ! Cannot wait !

I keep coming to read comments for every 1-2 hrs 😂 . I keep thinking about du shik n hye jin ! What’s wrong with me ?! I am behaving as if this is my first romance drama ! After watching 100’s of rom coms still I feel butterflies why. ?! I thought I will no longer like rom coms and fall for ML n FL heart fluttering lines ! But I am here thinking about them whole day !

Also , in the same episode he asks hyejin to name her close friends and she names only her roommate . I felt thats scenes connectivity scene is the jail scene when hye jin n her friend Cry . I realised du shik was noticing how sincere she is in a friendship . She has not many friends but when she has she stays committed . I felt this is what he understood by looking at them

Same thoughts ! I felt the same ! I was little sad how they made it funny instead of making it a bit serious ! I also felt why was dushik n other men watching casually when woman are crying for such serious issues ! But I again went and watched the episode, dushik was noticing min ahs reaction of how she behaves with her friend and how much she values friendship . That’s why he even asked the other policeman not to interrupt them . I feel the expression of seon ho was so mild so it felt off with the little bit of funny tones as Bgm . Actually when u watch every episode for second time u understand how much detailed the actors are and how much well they understood their roles and acting it accordingly . Du shik keeps looking at how hye jin reacts or says everytime he is around her . The same way he did in jail scene . I wish they could have made it better to make the audience get along with the Scene !

Yeah ! He looks happy all the time . I like how he laughs out loud . He is super natural ! He is born to be a star . Startup is a headache . It literally causes you a trauma ! It’s better you didnot watch it .

Yeah ! Even Han Ji pyeongs suits in startup were so good ! I have seen many k drama actors but seon ho has such a good fashion sense or Atleast I like his fashion .
