No one is fighting anyone over "wrong opinion" but like... what do you expect when the thing you complain about it's in the title, in description etc. Imagine that some series is called "random hook ups" and description says how this guy or girl will have random hook ups and then I come and complain that I dislike hook up theme... like sis I'll avoid such series since it was obvious what the series was about.
As Indian where drinking beer or any alcoholic drink drinking is very rare among people or if you do drink people…
The title is literally "brewing love" they have a poster of FL and ML with a glass of alcohol. Kinda silly to complain about the beer thing when you know what you were getting into lmao. Even the description of the drama.
Like cool if you don't drink, good for you. But it's not like this was a hidden theme that wasn't mentioned. This is why I'm saying that complaining is silly (not that your beliefs are silly don't get me wrong!).
Can't lower my standard for bls anymore after HSF... it's serving better than tons of bls
This is what I always say. Some BL's have bad acting, almost zero chemistry, also a really bad plot, since they have zero chemistry "romance" scenses come off as pure cringe. But they add kiss scenes and bed scenes so BL fans keep watching. And they also keep watching because actors are good looking. I always say I would rather watch a good bromance than BL with bad script, bad acting and zero chemistry.
I'm kinda binge watching series today the only critique I have now when I'm watching ep 3 is that the female teacher, and male teacher are really not doing it for me. Otherwise I have no other critique right now. Like she is worried for the kids and wants to help but it doesn't really shows... her words show that she wants to be a good teacher but acting wise it's not really believable at her role.
I know I'm a bit late since 10 episodes are out already. School 2013 was boring af (in my opinion, I only liked the female teacher in that series) I like this more but I find it funny when the guy punches Saint in the stomach in the cafeteria (ep 1) and Saint doesn't even react and the guy looks shook like he punched a rock wall or something š I'll keep watching.
OK... so I binge watched 4 episodes, it's a silly series but to me, it's the right kind of silly (silly without cringe) and it's also cute. I like FL a lot. I think FL and ML are very cute together. I like it!
Sometimes it's nice to watch dramas that make you smile and don't stress you out with all the drama and love triangles.
He looks young but he 100% doesn't look 14 (to me). He looks like he could be either 17, 18 or 19 (depends on…
I didn't watch the Thai remake so I can't speak about that because idk the actors I only watched Stay with me that is also a remake (and I also didn't see the Make it right series). Well like I said to me he looks 17-19. But everyone has their own opinions and views on things. I just thought to share my theory because TV shows made us really see "teens" differently on these shows since grown ups are playing them and when it's someone who is actually a teen or someone who is 20 or 21 we are like "gosh they look so young" because we are used to look at older people playing teens. Idk. Anyways if it seems creepy to you and if you like 1st couple then I suggest to skip scenes of 2nd couple. This is what I do when I don't like some couple in series haha. I will agree that the teacher looks like 26, 27 though.
While watching the first 24 minutes of episode 1, I noted that if I had no prior knowledge of the series, I might assume that the meeting between Yun Min Ju and O Chan Hwi was characteristic of a BL storyline lol.
The 2nd couple creeps me out. The boy looks like 14. I had to look up the real age of the actor. The teacher looks…
He looks young but he 100% doesn't look 14 (to me). He looks like he could be either 17, 18 or 19 (depends on how good you are about guessing age, because some 19 year olds can look a year or two younger). Maybe you're so used to TV series where late 20's and early 30's actors portray 16-18 year olds and this is why you think he looks 14. In my opinion. Because it's a huge difference to see this 21 year old guy portraying someone young, and then a 30 year old or almost 30 year old who is hired to portray 16-19 year old.
I only watched 3 episodes because I didn't have more free time but I like it. I totally get it why that teacher is taking care of Tan Yin so much, because Tan Yin is so adorable š
First episode is... meh... I see positive comments... I wonder if it will get better for me. I love thriller/mystery/psychological but 1st episode didn't get me excited to see more of it. I guess I'll watch at least 3 episodes before I drop it.
Ok I'm just watching ep 2 where Hirukawa says he will go to the bookstore with Minase but then Hirukawa invites him to his place... it was day time when they headed to his place and they arrived when it was dark... I'm like how far does he live lmao š š Have you two walked for 6, 7 hours to his place or what š§š§
Yes itās really good! You should try Love is a poison, I smell like green spirit
Love is a poison is a series I'm watching rn and I like it a lot... well I'm only ep 4 but today I'll watch a few more episodes. I'll try I smell like green spirit too, thanks š
Been disappointed by BL dramas lately and I'm dropping them left and right... but I found a Japanese BL I like and I randomly found this one on MDL so I'll watch it later this week... because I kinda trust Japanese dramas more when it comes to BL š
I see comments that it's good, except the kiss scene but if the drama is good I'll be ok with a kiss scene that is not that great in the first few episodes.
i really like film and namtan here but this plot is just soooo creepy i cant......... like babe thats not ur gf…
Absolutely! Just picture this: a complete stranger is acting as if sheās your girlfriend. Even if my real relationship was rocky and I enjoyed the time spent with the twin, I donāt think I could ever forgive such a deep level of deceit.
This is why I'm saying Im getting telenovela vibes.
(I haven't read the novel, so I'm not sure where this story is headed. Honestly, I prefer to be surprised by how the series develops. I will check out the novel once the series wraps up.)
I want to clarify that I truly enjoy the series, and I understand itās just fiction.
However, if someone were to impersonate another person in real life, I would find it hard to forgive them for such a betrayal and dishonesty.
I get that May and Oboom had a rocky relationship. When Aioom pretends to be her twin sister, May seems to genuinely enjoy their time together. But can you imagine the betrayal you'd feel when the truth is revealed?
Itās a brilliant series with fantastic acting and chemistry, but this twist has me thinking. I donāt think I could ever forgive that, especially when thereās all that affectionākissing and cuddling with someone whoās really a stranger. Thatās a whole new level of betrayal!
But Iām not a hater; I actually love this kind of plot. It takes me back to the telenovelas I used to watch with my grandma!
I appreciate the twin/double life/lying theme; itās refreshing compared to the countless overused plots we often encounter. BRING ON THE DRAMAAAA!!!
