It was because the fandom was crazily divided about who dal mi should end up with, most of them being in favour of Han ji pyeong. And this drama was the reason why Kim seon ho became so popular (that was his peak popularity era). Thus the comment section being a war zone. Same thing like Lee suho vs Han seojun.
