Maybe the kidnapper's sick sister is the voice behind the walls of the female lead's captured cell. And the kidnapper is making Taeju steal those drugs/bottles from somewhere to treat this sister. Just ma wild theory. Edit: in the guest role they mentioned this new blackjacket guy as private investigator
