He was in a daze after their official kiss without the game. From the novel, apparently when Toh took pics of Nuea for the “Magic of Love” competition at the basketball match, it was his first Tim looking at Nuea. Nuea LITERALLY Took Toh just to sleep to the room. He LITERALLY waited for him to wake up while staying next to him. They Legit had a full on conversation about how TOH was feeling and TOH said that he just had a head ache and got into Nuea's arms. and Toh was holding onto Nuea's arm and remembered what Nuea had said about them kissing. and got up and asked him if her was going to kiss him since he was already drunk... which he then did.

They did not have Sex, they just had a hot and steamy Makeout session and that's all. They're not a couple at this point so no sexual advances except what we saw happened... the rest will occur after they get into a relationship.
