I commend the actresses for accepting this role where the authentic for the time period styling must be one of the least flattering. How many can pull off that hair and no makeup and drab clothing and manage to still look pretty. :)

I love XZ and LQ scenes together. From the time in the library in the first ep to when he was talking about this girl he loves and he didn't know it was her (her facial expressions!!) to rehab scenes to confession scene waaaahhh . I especially love that train scene in beginning Ep 21, OMG they acted so well.

YGH and HHL are a quite a pair aren't they. I do like how the drama explains very well what their motivations are. They have the self-awareness of why they make their decisions and I respect that. However, if I were YGH, I'm not sure that I want a person who won't stick with me thru thick and thin. I don't want to be with someone who will only be with me as long as I or my family can be helpful. And if I were HHL, would I want a person who can be that deceitful, who can take credit for something they didn't do and even go in front of people and make speeches. Yikes these two.

Ugh.. YGH was so relieved when XCS was ok with him taking the glory. He could have corrected it so much sooner than their conversation. But he didn't. He knew XCS would be okay with it. YGH rationalizing in his head why it's fine to do this because he's not a like XCS and just a regular man. Ah YGH, one day, your karma will come.

Right?!? FGS is unbelievable. Once again he didn't step up and make it clear like the time at the skating rink when the bullies is asking who he was and XCS had to say it's him. HHL would probably like him right away then. I couldn't believe he took the credit in the train after he said he will step up. Aggggh. But from the preview maybe something else happens about that in the next episodes.
