Actually the male lead is not necessary because it's all about Lee Ra El. And four of them is main lead too btw. But the first main lead is Lee Ra El who is a character who will take revenge on PBE and YS while LSY will help and protect her in the revenge.
So on her journey, Lee Ra El will make both men fall in love - the man she hates and the man who helps her. But somehow I feel that there is no one Lee Ra El will choose because she is more concerned with the revenge that she plans. Well it's gonna be interesting so let's see..
About the order of the cast, yah the order of hashtags used on tvn wrote the names SYJ, PBE, YS then LSY. I don't think it's a big problem, seeing PBE is more senior than LSY. I think that's all.
