Order of cast based on various reasons, for example how important they are in the story, how senior they are among the other main actors or how much they were paid. Example: Drama Moving we know that drama have expensive senior cast. But we know that screentime mostly come from children like Go You Jung, Lee Jung ha but the order of cast was Ryu Seung Ryong, Han Hyojoo and Jo Insung even they have less screentime compared to the childrens.. even Jo Insung. But they are the seniors. You can't apply what ordinary drama looks like with drama with ansamble and great cast like Moving, Our Blues, When Life Gives You Tangerines, Light Shop, Death Games.

People unnecessarily worried about Jongsuk being the third in order but off course he is. After the Shin Minah and Ju Jihoon as his senior he end up being third. In other drama Jongsuk and Seyoung often being first lead but maybe y'all forgot how expensive this cast. We usually don't get A list actor for second lead but this drama scale is different so don't see like ordinary drama. Nude or sex scene is fine if the actor want to do it without any force and those scene is needed to support the story. Body double is exist and all of that is totally fine.
