I enjoyed it, only two things annoyed me in this show.
The music: like common, wrong soundtrack for the love of God, who the heck put a song with drums and a woman singing in a sad scene, they had just broken up and there was a loud woman singing, please. And there were music in unnecessary moments and it can't even be considered background music.
Scene takes; why the heck do we need 3-4 takes of the same action, specially with that wind or whatever sound together with it, if it was just a continuation of the same scene in a different angle or in at least a way that is visible both character's reaction then I am fine with it. But its just a pull or a hug, I don't need it like that. Or if you want to make a take of the same thing do it just once or without that weird sound thing.

BTW I liked fighter's dad, don't agree with what he did but he just has a polite face.

Hi, I just finished watching the movie and I won't say it is a "happy ending" because somehow it is not. It is a "twisted ending".
If people definition of happy ending is they ended up together than yeah, I give it to you, it is a happy ending, but is it?
He (Yoda Ryoji) saved him (Katsuragi Makoto) from the will and craze for killing himself, yes.
But did Makoto make Ryoji forget his past lover, not really, that is what the last scene is about, he said he is Alive. How many times will Makoto have to remind Ryoji that he is not his past lover, how many times will the trauma come back to him? Saving a person does not mean they are living, they are just alive.
(A simple example of that is when you are having a horrible day and someone, anyone comes to you and asks how you are, most of the time we don't answer that we are fine, we say we are alive or surviving.)
So they ended alive and together but not necessarily happy. Physical pleasure is not everything, they have a life to live, Ryoji has a hospital to go back to and Makoto has a job that he lost, he has to continue living somehow. How many things will they have to mend besides their souls?
But what makes it really twisted is that they will either have to die together or they are going to end up taking their own lives after the other dies.
They bound themselves so deeply that it is either alive together or dead together. It is twisted because they are literally bound to each other's heart.

The movie is great, I was hooked and deeply in. It is a great story/plot.
I enjoyed it and the actors, omg, they deserve an award for that.
If you have triggers tho, do not watch it.

Ep 4.
She hurt In so bad that I felt his pain.
She played him in the past and in the present.
Wow, she is a character you hate but sympathise with at the same time.
She is selfish, self-righteous, narcissist and somehow a masochist.
She hurts everyone around her for her pleasure, and she craves it (said so herself.)

I will give this another try, as much as my heart is telling me not to.
I found it really boring the first two times I tried.
Only got to episode 2.
I will try.

I think its the first rating that does it justice. For me its a 8.0 but a 7.5 for an overall rating is really good. I understand why some people don't like this.
This one is different from the other HIStory, you either hate it or love it, there are very few cases of in between.
I like the story itself, sure the main lead is a little crazy but he loves his partner in his own way, and I love the dream he has at the end, believe it does it justice. I hate sad endings but if everything had been a dream and his dream the reality, I would be okay with it.

I understand, actually the toilet scene for me wasn't really the turn off. It was freaking dirty tho lol. But hey I did enjoy the overall episode.

I agree, I like it.
I just think that was a bit too rushed, I know that when you are high on horny, you just want to do it fast, but that was a little too fast for a series, they could take it a bit slowly, just a little bit, ya know to make us feel hot with them lol.

I think that they don't know that s*x isn't rushed, that is the only thing that annoyed me, I preferred their slow scene in the bed. I feel like everything was rushed in this episode and yet short, somehow.

Not me wondering where Todd was in the last two episodes, until Black comes and says payback (not literally)

It is not, its a really good story, I would say its a good mixture of thriller and action and romance but it is not the main focus of the drama, it is a sweet and part of the story. its just the cherry on top of the cake

Honestly, with Black's personality, I think even if White reached out to him, he wouldn't reply. So yeah, maybe he tried, but Black did not reply.
